“This is my second time shopping at the Lucky Brand store in Potomac Mills. I went there 2 months ago and nice salesman named Josh helped me out. He was very professional and offered me help without being overbearing. I purchased a few belts and t-shirts that day. Today I walked in and he actually remembered me. His exact words were "its nice seeing you again!" Anyway he made my shopping experience awesome again !! 5 Stars for Josh !! He deserves a raise !!”

“So I moved to Stafford and I used to go to their store in Falls Church. I'm so glad they have this drop off location in Woodbridge. I wish they have a store here but upon talking to Jen, she said they can add anything to my order before I pick up my racket so no need to travel to Falls Church. I LOVE THIS!!! The drop off is a UPS store, which is better than fighting the traffic back and forth to Falls Church, just to get my racket restrung. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and great service, it's worth dropping off your racket to them or if you want to go to their store in Falls Church. Either way, best service, fast turnaround and knowledgeable team. Oh and FYI, they have tennis balls!!!”

“I will say by far this is the best shoe store in the mall that I’ve been to, all the other stores the sales people were not knowledgeable, I had questions, even simple questions about work shoes durability, none of them could answer my questions, they did not know. Unfortunately, I got them home and realized they were really too narrow. (I have wide feet) so I had to return them. They gave me no flack about this at all. Return was simple, fast and easy. I will come back here when I am ready to buy my next pair of athletic shoes!”

“I had a GREAT experience at Lids today. Customer service was amazing. I don't know much about fitted hats, so I came in looking for answers and size reference. The guy who helped me was great and pointed out the difference between the 59FIFTY and 59FIFTY Low Profile hats. I'm used to "dad" hats that are way more curved in the front, and the Low Profile style was a great in-between. The employee had answers to all my questions and was really friendly throughout my shopping experience. We chatted about style and had good conversation. It made me feel like I was just hanging out with him while shopping rather than him being overly pushy. The store was organized and pretty well stocked. Obviously, they had more availability for local teams (plenty for Washington Nationals, etc), and slim pickings for the other teams but they did have a few from each team. I'll definitely be back! “Buying shoes is not something I write reviews about, but after such a pleasant experience I had to. At one point in life I was a cross country runner and ran 15 miles a day 3-4 times a week. I have purchased a lot of running shoes in my time. My girlfriend brought me here to buy me some new trainers and I have to say the experience was full contact and pleasant from start to finish. Elijah was our associate and I have to say I have never experienced someone so knowledgeable about any companies products. He was great, no kidding. He guided me through the inventory, pointed out all the ones I should focus on based on my needs, gave his input and thoughts, took his time, and really made it an enjoyable experience today.Walked out with a trainers I was happy with and he shared all the policies if I wasn't happy later how they could handle it. I had never had that type of experience before and though new to me set the bar high for my futur shopping. Guarantee you I will be shopping here again. Personalized service was outstanding.”
