“I have been twice to the DXL OUTLET.in Williamsburg. Va. Both times was unable to get into the store. A gentleman name Thomas was kind enough to take my list of items i wanted and brought my items out to me. He.was kind and knowledgeable in the items I wanted
Today weeks later I had to go back to the same DXL store to see Thomas again to exchange a few items down in size plus purchase more items. Again Thomas was there to help me again with the exchange of the returns plus to purchase more. Again he came outside and got my returns and got the right size and brought them back out to me..Am disabled and that was the reason not being able to get into the store. One thing.i wanted real bad was a man on a poster in the window wearing a hat. I fell in love with it while Thomas was inside finishing my returns and ringing my new up. He came out to finish up with me and that's when i inquired about the hat om.the. guys head in the poster.. I said I would like one just like it. He went back in to see about it and when he came back and told me it was discontinued it kinda broke my.heart. I really really wanted one. That poster was in the same place almost 4 weeks earlier when I was there. So disappointed. I quit under stand why it was still up showing people something you can't get, put other than that disappointed news I had 2 great experiences at that store with same salesperson. Thomas was great with me being a customer.. But.it was truly a great experience dealing with Thomas. My name is Allan Curry.and live in Hayes Va .I recommend this DXL Store more than the other 3 that I have visited in the past... Thank you DXL. ....

“This is a great store with a nice selection of outdoor and activewear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I get my running shoes and flip flops from here, they’re always such great quality and last a long time. My husband is a big fan of their fleece jackets and makes sure to grab a couple new ones every fall. It’s definitely one of our go-to stops for comfortable and reliable gear.”

“This is the closest WHBM outlet to Virginia Beach and whenever I'm in the area I find a way to stop in and see what is on the racks here.
This is a large and well-stocked store filled to the absolute brim with items and always has a huge sale section.
I never leave empty-handed and staff are really friendly.
As is always the case with WHBM, styles are beautiful and fashionable and on trend with some of everything: dresses, jeans, blazers, tops, stockings, swim, etc. etc.”

Excellent Service at the PUMA Outlet – Williamsburg, Virginia
My family and I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at the PUMA Outlet in Williamsburg, Virginia! We were visiting from New York and Pennsylvania while on vacation and decided to stop in — and we’re so glad we did.
Two employees, Aidyn Smith and Courtney Hux, went above and beyond to help us during our visit. We spent quite some time in the store and made about a $200 purchase and throughout it all, they were incredibly pleasant, patient and attentive. Anytime we needed a different size or had a question, they were prompt, kind and professional.
Their friendly personalities and genuine willingness to help made our visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to find employees who truly care about creating such a welcoming shopping experience and they absolutely did.
I want to note that I don’t personally know either of these employees — this review is simply based on the outstanding service we received. Thank you, Aidyn and Courtney, for making our family’s visit such a great one!”
“This is a great store for picking up cute and practical kids' clothes. They always have some pretty good deals, especially on essentials like pajamas, onesies, and seasonal outfits. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has a large selection organized by age and size, which makes shopping easier. “I always find more than what I'm looking for when I go into the Skechers outlet store. They generally have great deals where you buy one pair and the other pair is half off. Can't beat that and I had a $5 credit so my sale was a lot less than I thought I was going to have to spend. Love those kind of surprises.”

“One of my wife's favorite stores. Was surprised with the store not being new no reviews, or photos.
We were greeted by staff at the door and told about current promotions. My wife browsed them and ultimately did not purchase anything. The store was clean and organized.
The values are better with outlet pricing, but still tilt up. My wife was disappointed that the selections were a bit weak compared to their full price stores.
If back in the area my wife would return.”

“I went specifically to get a pair of white sandals as I had gotten a pair in gold for a wedding and they were very comfortable on my hard to fit feet. Having arrived with only 20 minutes before the store closed, the sales lady quickly helped me find exactly what fit. My sale of 2 pairs of sandals was completed within 2 minutes of closing time. The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here for high quality, well made shoes that fit well and are comfortable.”
“This was my first time visiting a Michael Kors outlet and I had an amazing experience. Store was very clean and nicely organized. Shortly after I arrived and was browsing, I was greeted by a nice lady named Miroslava. Told her I was shopping for a purse and was just taking my time looking. She explained that there was a current promotion going on that if I bought a wallet and a purse together, it would be 20% off, so I was super excited. As I continue to look, I ended up with two purses in my hand debating on which one to get and was looking for a wallet, she let me know that I could actually get both purses for 20% off with the wallet purchase and that it was a 3 item max with the discount so I decided to get both purses. She also helped me decide on the wallet since I was also torn between two. She pointed out how one was a softer leather, and the other one was a harder so that would last longer. They had a large selection of purses and wallets and they also had some very nice clearance items so I ended up getting a book bag for a great deal as well. They had a selection of clothes items also but I didn’t take the time to look at it. When I was ready for checkout Mirsolava rang me up then headed to the back to grab brand new merchandise that had never been opened from original packaging. I was excited since I got products that had never been handled from other customers before. I came home and unwrapped everything and everything is beautiful. I’m super excited about my purchases and will definitely be back to visit again, I look forward to being assisted by Mirsolava again I appreciated her attentive customer service, and recommendations. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

“Love Ann Taylor Factory. Always find staple clothing for each season when they have a nice sale (which is frequently). Appreciate the clearance racks where you can find deeply discounted clothing at the end of the season as well. The staff at this particular location went above and beyond. It was my first time shopping in Williamsburg. I was treated very well and were attentive.”
“This Coach outlet is well-stocked and I've found some beautiful items here throughout the years on massive sale during holidays and special events.
The staff are friendly.

“My orthopedist recommended coming here instead of my usual high priced shoe store. They carry WIDE shoes which I need. I bought two pairs of ASICS tennis shoes for $120 instead of buying one pair and paying about the same price. Donna, the store manager, was very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Amanda helped me, when Donna was busy. The customer service at this store is exceptional. I highly recommend shopping here, and I will definitely return!”
