“My mom is 87. She has allot of trouble getting around these days. She also suffers from dementia. She was wearing sandals that I felt were a fall hazard. I happened to be in Williamsburg and did a shoe store search. SAS popped up. I went in to scout and right away 3 smiley faces popped up from the counter to offer help. My mom was waiting in the van. I explained the situation and they were there ready to assist. I got my mom inside and in 20 minutes we had a pair of shoes mom was very happy with. She was taken aback on the price at first but since she's bought them she's been raving over them. SAS shoes are pricey but you can not beat the quality of their shoes. They are hand made leather with comfort in mind. It is a small store sitting right off Richmond Rd. It's a little unnerving to get to their store but well worth the trouble.”

“PUMA was wonderful! This is the first time I bought myself some PUMA shoes from the store and it was wonderful! But my mom only told me to wear them for work and not for out to places. But still I give the store a 10. They have less money for me to buy for the shoes.”

Camden was my cashier, very customer service friendly without being fake, patient when I asked questions. I asked for gift receipts which he did give to me. Overall excellent service at this store.”

“Jennifer was so lovely. She helped us find exactly what we needed - and when we couldn't find it, she told us why. Our girl was 13 years old and in between the little girl and women sizes. The women sizes shoes looked too big on her, while the little girl sizes were too small. So, our girl decided to wait until her feet got bigger. Though we did not walk away with shoes that day, we knew that converse were still her favorite shoe style, and that we would be coming back. She was an expert, and I hope that you are able to compensate her as highly as possible - as she is the reason why going into a physical shoe store is better than the online stores. “I visited this weekend on Saturday, 10/8 from Richmond and cannot say enough good things about the store/associates. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)”

“A great experience. They give 10% off to military, teachers and seniors (50+) inside and have ongoing weekly and weekend sales. I found some of my favorite SPF shirts for summer hikes and long trips to the beach inside on clearance for like $13 each. I was able to use some of my rewards points to make the overall total even less. Great selection of items inside for both men and women. Worth a visit if you are nearby for sure.”

“This is a great store! If you need work shoes (you know... the one with the steel toe) + their insoles come here! The employees were super helpful the last time my husband and I went in there. For myself, I knew I needed some hiking boots, so I looked around. They had some shoes on sale that I loved and knew would enjoy, so I purchased them.
