“This evening I had a plumbing problem that forced me to turn off the main water supply to my house. I wasn't quite sure how I was going to fix it but store employee Randy directed exactly how to do it and picked out all the parts for me. All of this within about 15 minutes of closing time. I got home, fixed the problem and now my family won't have to wait until tomorrow for water, showers, toilet flushing, etc. Not the first time Randy has helped me figure out a project but this time saved the day (night). Randy is the man!”
