“I went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience.The employee Jamie G was fantastic!I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free.Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork.I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one.My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!!Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!”

“This is the place to go for a self dog wash. They supply an elevated tub, shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning supplies, blow dryer, towels. You can also pay to have someone clip your pups nails. Everything is reasonably priced. They have lots of fun stuff for your dog too. Toys, treats, dog food, etc. Everyone is friendly and does a great job.”

“I love the variety of cat food they have for being such a small store. I found foods I hadn't seen anywhere else before. I would give 5 stars except as soon as I submitted my online order, I realized my coupon had disappeared. I immediately filled out a contact form and never heard back. The 10lb bag of food was $41, the coupon would have been nice. I will continue to shop here and would still recommend checking them out.”

“My wife and I have been coming to this specific Mudbay for almost 2 years. When we first got our little corgi puppy this was our first spot to get help on what foods would be best for her growth. We met Jamie and she was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out the perfect system for our new family member. Soon we came back with more questions about how to help our other pets with their health conditions. And Jamie again was a friendly face with a ton of knowledge. “Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) The first picture is the before, and the next two are the after puppy village”

“Amazing service! Most of the breeders wouldn’t return a text unless I had the questionnaire filled out or a deposit in. She seemed to know her stuff, asked questions to make sure we had the basics ready and tested before the baby was even in the cage. Found out I had to move stuff around to keep things safe. She explained the worries, I tested it and she was right. Pandemic makes things hard but she sends pictures of available babies if you text her.”
“I really appreciate them having next day weekday availability since my regular place is booked a month out. You know how hard it is to find any last minute openings for this type of service typically. I booked for a different time online, but got a call from them the next morning to move the appointment up by 2.5 hours. Normally that might be a problem.. Luckily, I was able to move things around to make it work so that change didn’t mess up our schedule entirely. Communications were great. It took them approximately 2 hours for small size dog grooming. The length and style I requested was completed just like I asked. His tear stains were cleaned up nicely. There’s a few bald spots on my dog’s chest and leg, but I don’t mind since they’re not too obvious. The staff don’t look too friendly upon first interaction, but they are clear in communication and flexible with pick up time. They notify you 15 minutes before they’re done. The only downside is it can be pretty loud in the back room, which might make some dogs nervous/in distress by the loud noise. But overall good service. I’ll come back if needed :)”

She addressed behaviors I was concerned with and always made herself accessible to us. Coco was always happy to see her friend with all the tasty treats.”

“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”
