“I don’t have a lot of experience being a customer as opposed to being “the wrench “, but Rich was highly recommended by a couple of family members so I decided to give Pursley Auto Repair a try.
I found Rich to be very easy to communicate with and so we proceeded.
As it turned out, obtaining unforeseen parts for my 1965 Plymouth repairs created a hiccup in getting the job done, but Rich was gracious and patient even though I was feeling uncomfortable for taking up shop space while waiting for parts.
Regardless of all that the job was completed and I am very happy with the whole experience.”
