It has made it very difficult to find a groomer after we moved out here and he was needing groomed so badly. We called and the owner and her husband treated our “Buck” with gentle care which was evident when we picked him up.
Thank you so much!! We will be making the 1.5 hr drive just to come here again.

14110 Bradshaw Road, Mount VernonKayleen is just an amazing vet. She's so good with cats! She caught Grey's cancer based on me saying she hadn't pooped in a few days and was slightly less hungry. She took an xray and found fluid surrounding her lungs😞 She found a specialist and called them and got them to see us that exact same day. Then she helped me throughout the entire process, and even did the leg work of calling other cancer specialists to see Grey. I was a complete mess during this time, so it really helped. She even called me every week just to check and make sure I was doing okay🥺 I've never met such a compassionate person in my life. Grey passed away June 2nd 2022 unfortunately it was just one of those devestating things that couldn't be helped. But I feel like I did everything I possibly could for her, and the fact that I'm still leaving a 5 star review says everything about the outstanding care I received. I just brought my other 2 girls Berli and Sasha in for checkups, worm meds and shots and they both did great. Kayleen always takes plenty of time to talk with me and answer any questions and I never feel rushed. The prices are super reasonable as well. If you're looking for somewhere to take your cats where they will be treated gently and expertly, come here. Thank you so much Kayleen for being so amazing!!!
Edit 7/27/26: Still feel the exact same I love everyone who works here. My momma kitty Berli has since passed😢 again it was just one of those thing, it happened very suddenly (within a day) I had to take her to the emergency vet. My baby Sasha is still with me, I love her more than anything, and over a year ago she was diagnosed with diabetes. (I noticed her just chugging water one day and brought her in, yup diabetic) Well she is still here with me and doing so good!!! I honestly didn't think she would make it to my next birthday, but that was in May and she's still healthy! She went about a year on Senvelgo oral diabetes meds, but her body stopped tolerating it and she started throwing up and getting dehydrated. There was a moment where they thought she might also have cancer like her sister but now I don't believe that's the case, just a very empty stomach. We switched to insulin shots twice a day, and it was stressful at first but as usual Kayleen was so patient and kind, and explained everything to me! (I almost always cry at the vet and my brain stops working, I asked her to explain like I'm 5 lol...and she did😆) Now I'm used to giving Sasha her shots, and she is doing really well! She still eats lots, loves her diabetic friendly treats, hunts her little toy mice every night and loves to be petted. Thank God for this vets office, every day with my girl is a gift. And I will always remember what they did for me when Grey was ill. Thank you guys🩷

1310 North Laventure Road, Mount VernonHaven't left a review in a while so bear with me. Back story; My wife and I care about our dog a lot and always want the best for him. He is part of our family and I don't take kindly to and will stand between him and any hostile environment. I have made my best effort to make sure that he knows I am the alpha male, but to no avail he'll tell you different. He's a thinker and watches for threats and will take immediate action. Ok, enough of the humor. Let's get serious. My wife and I have been to Burlington and back in search of a great, not good or sufficient veterinarian but great. One with genuine compassion and thoughtful kindness for our pet. His name is Skittles, he's a small terrier weenie mix. With the biggest attitude that he can muster for his 15 pounds. Dr. Herenbeen calms that attitude when she enters the room. She's very good at what she does, speaks in layman's terms for non medical professionals like me so that we may understand exactly what needs to be or has been done. The veterinarian assistants are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall we have no complaints and highly recommend this clinic above all others. They go above and beyond the call of necessity making you feel down home and comfortable.

Parker Way Veterinary Clinic was the only place that had a human person answer the phone. I left messages with the other 3, only one got back to me but we had already decided on Parker way.
Dr Jensen is awesome! They took great care of my client's dog.

1515 Parker Way, Mount VernonThey were incredibly kind and patient and attentive. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed with any of my 7 million questions. They were all great. The worst place to end up in the middle of the night on vacation but I don't think I could have ended up anywhere better.
I'm really not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the cost. I felt it was more than reasonable. and as far as wait times... it's a 24 hour emergency clinic they are as quick as they can be.

It's fun to watch the cooks blasting out amazing dishes with their ingredient preppers delivering the appropriate mix of veggies etc to them. It's a cozy little place with limited seating but it's worth the wait. You cannot get better Thai food anywhere else. Maybe some places as good, but I don't think it gets any better than this. Large portions too.

No matter if you sit in the dining room, booths or in the bar, the atmosphere is the same. Low lighting, slightly romantic, yet family, friendly. The food menu is very limited, but you can tell that every thought went in to the menu. The outside is fantastic for events, live band nights, and large social gatherings. The star lights and fire pits make it a perfect place. I will definitely be returning soon.
