Country Store
1276 S Burlington Blvd, BurlingtonThey are there to help you and have most everything that you would ever need and possibly stuff you don't. They may even be willing to order something you need or want so give them a try and there is a gas station along side that most of the time has someone there to pump your gas. Last month when I got gas all the stations around were above $5.50 when I stopped there at my favorite station it was only $5.24 what a savings.

Pet Grooming
Burlington Dog Works
145 Cascade Pl # 104, BurlingtonI had a challenge, I am leaving town for a week and my Doberman is due for a nail trimming. (Doberman understand the danger of letting the nails grow out lol) I last minute called this place and they MADE an opening for me even though it was a last minute call. I came in , a lovely lady named Rachel came to my dog and built rapport. She cut her nails with a drummer, and brushed her teeth my dog never flinched and she didn't cut the nails too short, she did it perfectly. I definitely would recommend this place. Rachel is charismatic and charming especially toward the dogs. And the prices are incredibly fair, the original place I went to actually charges double what they charge.

Skagit Animal Clinic
1881 S Burlington Blvd, BurlingtonI've been taking my pets to Skagit Animal Clinic for over 30 years. The doctors and staff are exceedingly professional and helpful.I've gone there for everything from bringing in a new furry addition to the family--to end of life decisions. I find the staff knowledgeable, caring and empathetic when making hard decisions about the care of your pet. They answer questions straight forward (which I appreciate) and, if available, give alternative care options with pros/cons of each. They also give you the estimated cost of all treatments so you can shop around and make an informed decision or work your budget to accommodate it. They don't pressure you, and understand money is tight for everyone right now.I would recommend Skagit Animal Clinic to anyone who asks!

Pet Sitting & Training
Doggy Come Play: Daycare
530 N Burlington Blvd, BurlingtonWe love Doggy Come Play! The only draw backs for me personally is the main room where they hang out during the day is pretty bare, and if you give them your pups leash or bowl you will absolutely not get the same one back, but my girl is always so excited when she sees the door and comes home completely tuckered out and full on treats.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants
The Fairhaven
100 N Burlington Blvd, BurlingtonFrom the first time I ate here, it's become 1 of my top 5 go to's for amazing Americana fusion. Picture your grandma from the south joined the society: Les Dame d Escoffier, and has opened up a casual, modern and well styled cafe. I'm not a food critic, but I am critical of food. I love to cook and this place makes my mouth excited and satiates my hankerin' for tasty dishes. The staff is sweet, intelligent and friendly. The atmosphere is casual. Always good music, clean white tiles, ample plants and locally purposed (and made) wooden benches and tables. Come in your work duds, or in your nines. There's something for everyone here and you're going to like it. You might come back the next week, it's so dang good. Whether you want a big 'ol hearty dish, or something healthy, eat in or take out their sublime flavor combinations. Delish dishes with many ingredients sourced locally when in season. My favorites: Cubano sandwich, the spiced Cauliflower Wrap, beet and arugula salad, grilled tri-tip salad, any shrub and or soda.Check their hours first and the parking lot is small, but make it happen- you'll be hooked if you understand good food, with powerful intentions.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but they have lots of salads and vegetables, so just ask. They try to accommodate.
