19575 US-2, MonroeToday I had a friend run my Frenchie Bugz up to the Monroe store.I was injured so unable to drive.A friend offered to help.So already nervous my little guy leaving without me.But he needed nails,ears and wash.So off he went.I needed to get updated paperwork about his shots to the store.With all the commotion from him not wanting to go without day.We forgot paperwork.Luckily there’s a employee there named Cesar who was incredibly helpful.He to the time to let us get paperwork all taken care of.My little dog came back do happy and clean.Excellent service from Cesar and the crew at the Monroe Wa store 10 star service.I wil take my dog to no other place!Service is second to none!Customer for life!Cesar is a very valuable person to have on your team!Thank you Carlos!And pet pros for outstanding service

I came to the pet stop to just get 2 more, thinking maybe it was my tank, they're SO healthy and thriving! Beautiful colors, ate right away and are settling nicely. Learned my lesson - here over pet smart any day ! I've also gotten some massive cichlids from these guys which again, grew beautifully with zero health issues

I have over 40 years of experience and have lived in Washington my entire life, and I can confidently say there is no better program than the one John has developed. If you fully commit, stay consistent, and follow through with all the steps, the results are absolutely worth it.

Mystic Mountain Pet Retreat
18511 273rd Avenue Southeast, MonroeI'm so grateful to Cindy, Rebecca, Jennie and Brad for the diligent care of my 3 little dogs. I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else and plan to be a client for as long as I'm a dog mama. Mystic's reliable and trustworthy care is SO worth the drive out to Monroe. Having consistent long-term staff in Rebecca and Jennie (both of whom are clearly knowledgable about pet care) is huge--both of them display confidence that they are experienced and know how to manage pets. The owners Cindy and Brad live on site with their own dogs and other animals, so any concerns about your pets being completely alone with no one nearby are a non-issue. Love the updates with pictures I receive during their stays, and the fact that their raw and cooked diets can happily be accommodated. This is NOT a boarding facility in an institutional type of environment, but instead a ranch/farm like setting. Mystic's website has a wealth of information about their protocols and policies, which I also appreciate. LOVE that a place like this exists as a more holistic alternative to dog boarding.

I know she will get excellent care and she absolutely loves going. She hears the van coming when it's a block away and gets all excited. The managers know her personally and share information with me, they respond to questions and requests right away and I have complete trust that they love my dog (almost as much as I do)

I think my kids enjoy visiting more than I do. now if I can just get them to stop repeating the "dad jokes" over and over to me. the various brews are delicious and always seems to be something different coming and going. best queso tacos ive ever had usually on Tuesdays and Saturdays

The drink was just how I remembered it (amazing). Relatively quiet place for studying, but not a ton of seats. Not sure if they get crowded on weekends. The girl in there was running the counter and the drive thru alone like a champ. I don't go to Monroe much but would definitely go back if I was in the area. Thanks!

They really prioritize kids here and you can tell. The burgers were great, beer was delicious. Our server was also friendly and attentive. Happy to see their special events are for all ages too. Their prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants these days. We will be back!

I’m guessing the old man and his wife have passed, but the service seems to still be great. We called our order in and they made sure the marinara is vegan. The garlic bread can also be made with olive oil. We got the rigatoni with marinara and mushrooms, and the vegetable submarine sandwich with no mayo. We’ve also gotten the greek salad before. All are always good! I wish they would add some vegan meatballs!

The gyoza to go were not crispy and stale at all, but perfectly cooked even after a thirty minute drive home and we enjoyed them very much. Definitely going to order more next time! The service up front was personal and very welcoming, and the place was clean and refreshing. The kitchen, from what I could see was well taken care of, and there was good coordination.
