I was super confused and the first two ppl couldn't help, but the a gentleman came up to me while standing in front of the Romex lines, come to find out, he's an electrician! Just the man I needed! He was great help, didn't catch his name unfortunately.”

“My husband purchased me a two man inflatable hot tub to place inside of our home. I do not have a bathtub in my unit but I love me a hot bath. For Christmas and my birthday gift I received a Aleko hot tub. I am so in love with it. It’s perfect size perfect for me in every way I use my hot tub at least once a day if not more. It is so relaxing and comfortable and perfect for all my needs. I could not be happier and would recommend this item to everyone. I have not had any troubles or problems with it at all. “It's pretty cool farm supply store from what I can tell they sale just about everything one might need on the day to day to keep things rolling. Wether or not they are the cheapest I am unsure. I do know their employees are friendly and helpful.”

“I'd like to comment on the positive service I received from Micky and Luis at the Normandy Park location earlier this week.

I visited the showroom looking for a composite decking material that would accent some other areas on my property but wasn't sure which color/brand/style to go with. First Micky showed me the selection of products that were in stock and went over the differences between the textures and installation methods. We went through about 12-15 different ones to find the right accent material that would go with my design idea.

Once we landed on the product she gave me the ticket and Juan came out to take care of my order. He confirmed the material before cutting the 20' sticks into 10' sections to be easier to transport.

The whole transaction was smooth and a nice interaction from the customer service pros at Dunn Lumber.

“In a world that focuses on the negative I would like to tell Lowes that their store in Midway Kent store has customer service that cannot be matched. David in paint should get recognition for gold star bend over backwards service. I purchased 5 gallon paint cans that are very heavy. He loaded them for me onto a flatbed and shook them and was genuine in his service. As I was checking out I asked for help out and a very nice young man who was going to clock out for the day stopped came over to help take the large flatbed to my car. He smiled and chatted with me and put all the cans in my car with a smile and took the flatbed back for me. This kind of service should be recognized and if you are looking for trainers you have some great ones to consider in that store. Thank you for such great service! Keep up the Great Work!!”

“Make sure you check on who's doing the work and stay involved in whatever home Depot touches not saying it's going to be a bad job but the more you're involve the more the worker feels that they are going to be checked up on and want to do a good job no cut corners and I saw that follow through just words of advice.”

“I live in Covington and go to this home depot for many different things: paint, repairs, yard work. Overall, I like it. It's clean and well stocked. My wife loves their selection of plants here. I would say the biggest downside to this store is to find a person who can help if you have questions.”

“I swung by one Saturday afternoon on the way home from the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion. I needed a few boards to finish building a cage for the critters I'd just acquired at auction, & some hardware too. Their staff were friendly, polite, & helpful. Since this isn't my normal Home Depot store I didn't know where anything was located. They happily answered my questions of where I could find the items I needed.”

“I will be doing all my paint color work at Lowe's from now on. I was helped by Mie in the paint department. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable with paint colors, and helpful in showing me samples. Mie explained the color and swatch differences between Sherwin-Williams and Valspar. She helped me choose samples based on pictures and descriptions of what I was looking for. She also explained customized options for different paints. I had been to Sherwin-Williams paint store also. I had more personalized service, deeper knowledge of colors, and more follow through with Mie than the Sherwin-Williams store.”

“On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.”

I'm so glad I don't have to drive down to southcenter which is way too busy of a location to get in and out of, especially since they're close to the Costco. Thank God for the rent location”

“Such great customer service! whenever I had an issue, Home Depot’s customer service would genuinely show effort to find a resolution. Recently, I had an issue and a question that their customer team couldn’t find in the moment, but said they would follow up. Andrew went out of his way and called me and found a resolution for me days later. The issue wasn’t big at all, but the fact he showed that much effort and followed through said a lot about him and his team. I didn’t want this to be overlooked. Thanks Andrew!
