“My husband purchased me a two man inflatable hot tub to place inside of our home. I do not have a bathtub in my unit but I love me a hot bath. For Christmas and my birthday gift I received a Aleko hot tub. I am so in love with it. It’s perfect size perfect for me in every way I use my hot tub at least once a day if not more. It is so relaxing and comfortable and perfect for all my needs. I could not be happier and would recommend this item to everyone. I have not had any troubles or problems with it at all. “In a world that focuses on the negative I would like to tell Lowes that their store in Midway Kent store has customer service that cannot be matched. David in paint should get recognition for gold star bend over backwards service. I purchased 5 gallon paint cans that are very heavy. He loaded them for me onto a flatbed and shook them and was genuine in his service. As I was checking out I asked for help out and a very nice young man who was going to clock out for the day stopped came over to help take the large flatbed to my car. He smiled and chatted with me and put all the cans in my car with a smile and took the flatbed back for me. This kind of service should be recognized and if you are looking for trainers you have some great ones to consider in that store. Thank you for such great service! Keep up the Great Work!!”
“I live in Covington and go to this home depot for many different things: paint, repairs, yard work. Overall, I like it. It's clean and well stocked. My wife loves their selection of plants here. I would say the biggest downside to this store is to find a person who can help if you have questions.”

Before coming to this store, I had already visited three different Lowe’s and Home Depot locations trying to find specific plumbing parts. In most cases, associates asked if I needed help, but the interaction usually ended quickly with “we don’t have that.”
Mark’s approach was completely different. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me solve the problem. Within seconds he understood exactly what I needed and was able to locate the correct parts right away. On top of that, he also suggested a few alternative options that could work for my situation, which I really appreciated.
His expertise, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in my experience. Employees like Mark are the reason customers choose to come back. He absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service he provides.”
“I swung by one Saturday afternoon on the way home from the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion. I needed a few boards to finish building a cage for the critters I'd just acquired at auction, & some hardware too. Their staff were friendly, polite, & helpful. I’m on the tail end of building a house and he has been working with me since 2024 on the build, getting me amazing prices on everything from lumber, to siding, to flooring, to rock veneer, paint, hardware, cabinetry….the list is long. He deserves a raise or promotion!
Granted, I’m getting a contractor discount, but I couldn’t find better prices at wholesale suppliers. Maybe I was just lucking out on sales and timing.
I’ll give shoutouts to Monique (also at the desk) and Richard in plumbing. Richard, in particular, has been phenomenal. Tell him what you want to do and he’ll make it happen.
Deliveries have also been a breeze.
For a “box store” they really have exceptional customer service and pricing. Couldn’t recommend them more.”

I was super confused and the first two ppl couldn't help, but the a gentleman came up to me while standing in front of the Romex lines, come to find out, he's an electrician! Just the man I needed! He was great help, didn't catch his name unfortunately.”
