“I have been here for a little over a month and I absolutely love it. The staff are incredibly welcoming even though they had their work cut out for them with me moving from the East Coast, they managed to make me feel apart of the community before I had even pulled up. Jessica Judson was incredible and wonderful throughout the entire process, quickly responding to random questions, or making suggestion that might help the move. She even sent me a message the day she new I was driving cross country, wishing me and the cats a safe 3k mile drive. The building while older has been very well maintained and the location could not be more perfect for this area. With little to no traffic noise, and not connected to any busy streets. Overall one of the best apartments I have lived in. If you are moving to the area it's seems to be a hidden gem. I grew up on Bainbridge and have lived in the Kitsap area for 20 plus years and never new she was tucked into some trees just outside of old downtown Poulsbo. Another note is how safe I feel. I am a female living alone with my cats, I was a bit worried that I would jump at every sound but it is very calm and the neighbors have all been incredibly kind. Which was strange at first, but I guess the WA State Freeze isn't what it used to be! 10/10 would recommend based on experience, quality, location, and incredibly pricing. And an extra 20 points for staff for being friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and communicating clearly.”

“I’ve been living in this building for almost two months now, and the experience has been pleasant and enjoyable so far. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the amenities—like the lounge, gym, and study room—are consistently clean and well-maintained. Units are also very modern as much of the building seems to be newly renovated.

Before signing my lease, I toured the building multiple times until I felt confident in my decision to sign a lease. A special shoutout to Ahmed, who guided me through several of my tours here with exceptional patience, professionalism, and knowledge. His support truly made the leasing process smooth and reassuring.”

“Please don't let all of the recent 1 star people dissuade you from checking out these apartments. It's a really great place to live. We have one of the best roof tops in the neighborhood, a fully stocked gym, it's super pet friendly, and the staff is great. Not to mention how convenient it is with everything you need within walking distance.Did rent and water go up? Yes, it's Seattle. Did they bring in a valet trash service? Yes, and man is it convenient. Not to mention that the maintenance guy can actually do maintenance type things instead of schlepping garbage around the property for hours on end.I whole heartedly recommend giving the property a chance and checking out the place for yourselves and don't let a few unhappy folks keep you from what could be the perfect place for you. I love my apartment, and my view, and the people that work here and I'm so grateful to live here.”

“I lived at Olympic Village and loved it there. My favorite part was the indoor and out door pool and they stay open late. My kids absolutely loved going to the pool to play even when it was cold out. Kim and Cherilyn were absolutley amazing with my move in and move out and were super knowledgable and helpful with everything I needed.”
