“I don't care what you say about harbor freight they're pretty amazing they're electronic stuff is absolute crap but you can always get a warranty policy and their hand tools have a lifetime warranty so why not. No they're not the best that you can get but there's some of the best for the money if you need to go to a brick and mortar store and I always seem to have a little bit of everything and I can't seem to walk in there without buying something or a few somethings. Employees are usually helpful and kind. years later and still awesome ?”
“I had a great experience at the Sherwin Williams store in Salmon Creek, WA on 7/27. I came in for gray paint for a desk I was painting. I was helped right away and provided with choices (paint brush/paint)throughout the experience. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gentleman that was helping me. I had everything ready to purchase and noticed the sign for 35% off starting the next day on 7/28. I asked if I could come back. He said sure. He boxed everything up and put it in the back and I returned on Saturday 7/29 to pick it up.I highly recommend this place!!”
“This place? On the phone and in person, the 2 people I talked with spoke like a professional doing the job.It was like following the guy who taught me this job through the shop. Just follow. They knew what I needed without being told. And took me to it.One of them knew more about wifi control panels than I did and educated me over the phone. Which saved me face explaining wrong then a 2nd time to my client.I've been doing sprinkler service for 8 years. Fixing installers mistakes. I rarely meet people from whom I can learn. But here I was taught. And helped by someone who knew what I'd need without being told.I was amazed. And you will be too. Check it out.”

“You can get many of the same items at this "The Home Depot", as you can get at many of the other versions, but in one specific area, this store stands out. This is rental equipment (not unique just to this one location, but it's not overly common either). Pretty much anything that you would ever need for a home applications you will find here, plus some additional equipment for heavier work too. What makes this even more intriguing, is at the edge of their parking lot, there's a separate independent rental equipment business, so it makes rentals very competitive, which can't be a bad thing for the consumer.”

“Really pleased with the actual help we got at this Lowe's. Everyone seemed to want to take the time to help out! A very sweet & genuine lady tried and tried to help find a motorized cart for me, because of being a recent double amputee & in pain. I had just thought I would tough it out & she went on a mission to help! We also were in need of buying a new exterior door & screen door, along with installation for our newly bought home. The gentleman helping was very detailed with my wife & explained everything in great detail. I used to do things like installing these and many other projects. It is pretty shocking to hear the prices of installation these days.. but, I have to just let those things go. The customer service was Great & explanation of what next steps & such was very nice for my wife to have!

“Hi last night I went into Lowe's to buy a bathtub wall combo for my remodel well I've been torn and kinda stressed about the whole thing. When I was getting help from a team member at lowes (Kyle) he asked me a lot of questions and I him but what struck me about this that he really took a lot of time with me and I know I can be annoying but he stuck it out I'm talking a good few hours he went over everything in detail on a few different options that would be possible for me to get the job done without any hangups. You have no idea how much I appreciate this man. I had no ideal what I was getting myself into. Kyle could hear my plead for help and help and knowledge is what he gave me I am so glad that he was the one who came to plumbing to help me out with all my questions and concerns.thank you so much you for taking time out to help.”
