“Thanh and his team did excellent work on my car! They were fast, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the whole process.I got in my first car accident, and I had no idea how to go through the insurance process. I called around to try to figure out what to do and how long it would take. All of the shops I talked to before STAGE had at least a month wait time for an estimate and didn't take the time to explain the process. Once I called STAGE, Thanh walked me through the whole process and said he would have an estimate ready by the end of the week.Repairs took about five to six weeks to complete, but they would have been faster if it wasn't for the current part's shortage. Either way, the repairs were completed before some other shops would have even given me an estimate. Thanh kept me updated throughout the process, and did a great job making things understandable.Overall, I would highly recommend working with Thanh and STAGE COLLISION CENTER. I hope I never need collision work on my car again, but if I do I will definitely be returning.”

Luckily I take my car there for service so was quite pleased that my car ended up there. I am even more pleased by the experience that I have had. Joe had been such a great help and even took time to get the ball rolling on the insurance end. If you ever need repair work done on your Honda please take it to Honda of Kirkland, they are the best!”

“Nick made my experience buying my 2021 mazda3 turbo premium plus hatchback a breeze. He is very knowledgeable with what he does, easy to talk with, and is transparent when talking money. It was clear he/the dealership as a whole were not trying to hide things from me during the whole process. There were no crazy fees behind the scenes, and they had very competitive loan rates. First thing we noticed about the car was the cracked windshield. Immediately when we said that Nick said that of course they would take care of it for us. Lee Johnson Chevy had me in in 2 days and got it replaced in an hour. James helped facilitate the service and guide my other service questions as well. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Nick and James to anyone.”

“I had my first ever body shop repair with Bel-Kirk. I was quite nervous about price, transparency, etc. since it was my first ever repair, and Bel-Kirk exceeded my expectations in all aspects. After they took my car and opened it to look at the internal damage, they called me with an updated estimate based on the internal damage on the same day. Then, Tina was very responsive when I needed to coordinate the payment between Bel-Kirk and my insurance - this was critical to ensure I could get the car back on time. Finally, the car got back to me in 2 weeks and was like new, no signs of damage. I will definitely go to Bel-Kirk again if I need a repair, though obviously I hope I won't need it :)”

“I wish I can rate 10 stars instead of five! I bought a headlight bulb from AutoZone and they were extremely rude and unprofessional and could not be bothered to help me put in my new light when I have never done it before. And my other headlight wasn't installed properly so I couldn't even see the road and was frantic. I am from out of town so I don't know anyone that could help me so my last bet was to just go to this O'Reilly's and I am so glad I did. The gentleman working, Max was so helpful and nice and with no hesitation helped me fix both of my bulbs at no charge. He was fast and efficient and the whole thing seemed effortless. Max totally made my night and definitely saved me from getting pulled over. So happy I'm able to see the road clearly again thank you again Max you are the best give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!”

“I just absolutely loved these people and I wanted to make sure everyone knew about them.I took my Honda Civic in for front bumper repair when it pulled out from the left a bit by the parking stop (a little concrete slab line). First I went to two other shops in the area and they don't even bother to come out and take a look and began to give me estimate dates that were at-least a month out. One guy even refused to really talk with me which was so weird.Driving around disappointed I saw and rolled into this place, Showcase, and was met by a very friendly classic American charm. The front-desk lady asked the estimator to go out with me and look at it right away. We came out and he realized it was a small piece of work. He brought out his mechanic with a toolbox who fixed it in less than 15 minutes right there in front of me, while I had a very nice chat with the estimator, Rod. Who does that anymore?They charge me very very reasonably and I even offered to pay more but they declined. I honestly could not believe such amazing people still existed around here. I was ready for loosing a lot of money. This place is a gem.”

This time it was because my wife had hit a deer. We only had the one car so we walked around town while Jake made a special effort to finish the job as soon as possible. He's got an awesome crew and they did a great job. We were extremely pleased as always.”
