“Great experience with Crash Champions! As this was my first car accident, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the team kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and worked directly with my insurance. Roberto was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. Although parts delays extended the repair time, the quality of the repairs and paint job was well worth the wait. Thank you!!”

“Highly recommend. Super reasonable quote, repaired instead of replaced when need be, was honest instead of trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. Cleaned the interior which he didn’t need to do at all which went above and beyond. 10/10 work done amazing.”

“I had a fantastic experience with this Protech Auto Body Repair shop and highly recommend them! They were one of five shops I considered, and I’m extremely happy I chose them. From the beginning, the owner was very understanding of our situation, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and worked with us to keep the cost reasonable. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes I received, but there was absolutely no compromise on quality. They were fair, honest, and I never felt like they were trying to price gouge us. My vehicle had significant driver-side accident damage, including the bumper, T-bar, and several other components. Everything was repaired beautifully, and the car looks great. Even more impressive, they completed all the work in just one week! Great communication, excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and genuinely good people to work with. Very grateful we found them and would absolutely use them again!”

“I've trusted Dorel with my vehicles for years and he has never once let me down. From my Mazda to my Tesla, he brings the same level of care, expertise, and attention to detail to every job no matter the make or complexity. His communication is excellent and he keeps you informed throughout the process and never leaves you guessing. His pricing is fair and his integrity is unmatched in an industry where that can really be hard to come by. I'll be honest, Dorel stays busy and he does book out, but that's a testament to how much his customers trust and value him. He is absolutely worth the wait. Once you experience the peace of mind that comes with knowing your vehicle is in truly capable and honest hands, you'll understand why his schedule fills up fast. If you're searching for a mechanic you can trust completely, someone who will treat your car, your time, and your wallet with respect, look no further. I can't recommend Dorel highly enough. He's the kind of mechanic you refer to everyone you care about and I'm genuinely grateful to have found him.”

“I had a fantastic sales meeting here with Mike A. Ask for him! I met with people from 5 dealerships looking for the right car. And while the right car didn't end up being from this dealer unfortunately, my meeting with Mike was by far the best one of all of those. He is professional, down to earth, straightforward, and I could clearly tell he was trying to do right by me. Thank you Mike!”

“Just picked up my new Kia EV6 from Lee Johnson Kia and couldn't be happier! Alfredo made the whole process quick and smooth, no hidden prices, no surprises. The pricing was transparent, the fees were fair, and there was a great promotion on top of it. Honestly the best car-buying experience I've had, way better than other dealerships in the Bellevue/Kirkland area. If you're shopping for a Kia, ask for Alfredo — highly recommend!”

“I just bought a used electric car to replace the one I attempted to defy physics with. Devon helped us through the process. I was a very demanding customer, and I left satisfied with my car and what I paid for it— even more importantly, I did not hate the process. 100% would go see this personable fellow at this helpful lot for future needs.”

“The Nissan service department provided me with exceptional customer service. I was very impressed with the level of care and detail they took. The service manager met with me to review an issue I was experiencing and programmed in some additional service notifications I requested. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the level of support and care taken. I would highly recommend this service department location for future service appointments.”

“I am not normally a review writer and certainly not something I usually think to do after a positive experience, but this place deserves it. Super professional, efficient, and accommodating. My second exhaust installed but this time they also installed cold air intake and bed cover. Soon will return for more work like wheels tires and engine build. Check them out for any modifications customizations on cars trucks suvs.”

“We stopped by Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland dealership to start looking for our future dream car. Our family is very much in need of a seven-seat vehicle, but we are still saving for the down payment and working on improving our credit. Even though we are not quite ready to purchase yet, we wanted to find the perfect car ahead of time. Lana greeted us warmly and showed us some wonderful options. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. What impressed me most was how caring and dedicated she was to her customers. She made us feel comfortable, never pressured us, and truly took the time to help us. I honestly felt bad that we couldn’t purchase a car that day, but Lana left us with such a wonderful impression. Our family will definitely be back to her, and we hope to buy our dream seven-seat car by the end of the year. Thank you so much, Lana, for your attention, kindness, and professionalism. You truly made my day! We appreciate you and look forward to see you again.”

“update my review after the shop had the opportunity to address my concerns. Initially, I was disappointed with how the situation involving the additional scratches and damage was handled. There was some disagreement about responsibility, and the communication at that point could have been better. However, I really appreciate how Caliber ultimately approached the issue. They took my concerns seriously, brought the vehicle back in, and worked to make things right. I just picked up the car, and they did a very good job. The paint looks great, the scratches have been addressed, and I no longer have any issues with the repair. I especially appreciate a business that is willing to revisit a difficult situation and ultimately stand behind its work. Problems and disagreements can happen, but how a company responds and resolves them is what matters.”

“Stopped by because my side mirror casing was damaged and was concerned the whole mirror would have to be replaced. They were friendly, checked it out within minutes of me pulling in and fixed it at no charge. My husband had been there before and also had a great experience. “We had a great experience at this Nissan dealer. We recently relocated across the country & needed to find a new one after over 15 years with our previous Nissan location. We’ve bought &/or leased 9 Nissans. This place made it as easy as our last, which is one of the reasons we keeping going back to Nissan/Nissan finance. It’s easy & fast for us, about 3 hours from start to finish. This is our 3rd Frontier. We love it! Rylee our sales person was kind, efficient & listened to what we wanted. Isaiah made the loan signing process easy. Sean drove our truck out of the showroom for us like a pro. It was a great experience & we will for sure return if we’re still in this area when we purchase another Nissan in a couple to 3 years. I will say they could use better signage & maybe more vehicles out front as we had trouble locating exactly where to go. This autogroup has many locations for different brands. I like that this is a small location. But it’s small enough & most of the new vehicles are kinda hidden in a lot way behind that I thought it was only a service location at 1st. It was a minor thing but worth noting for future customers. Big Thanks to Rylee, Isaiah & Sean!”

“The staff was so helpful and took very good care of us. We had difficulty removing the plate on a used car we just bought. The manager, Siera, got one of her own tools (a ratchet screwdriver) and helped us remove one of the screws. The other screw head was stripped. With advice from Ed, she jimmied up a phillips screwdriver with an adjustable wrench, which provided enough torque to unscrew it. I think a rubber band might have also been used to provide grip. She then helped us find the correct replacement screws and even helped us with a plate on our other car. Amazing service. Highly recommend.”

“Good location with helpful staff. Prices might be a bit steep for some items, so I’d recommend checking online for parts you don’t need on the same day. Otherwise, no complaints. Lines can be a bit long, but that’s often because the employees do their best to help with finding the right parts.”
