“Excellent honest work. It's hard to find an honest and skilled mechanic shop these days and I'm glad I found Nielson Auto. Hasel was really helpful and honest about the body work I needed and as a bonus he even delivered my van to my door after the work was completed. His people are highly skilled and they can repair anything. Other shops simply replace items that cost an arm and a leg. Nielson Auto have highly skilled people who repair the body work by doing the hard work and not overcharging.”

“Initially, I was very disappointed after picking up my car because I started having a tire pressure issue shortly after the repairs were marked as completed. Since I had specifically asked about the wheels and tires after the accident, this was especially frustrating.
However, after I left my review, the shop reached out to me and took responsibility by rechecking the issue and ultimately resolving it. They followed up, addressed the problem properly, and made sure everything was taken care of. While the initial experience and communication could have been better, I do appreciate that they did not ignore the issue and worked to fix it. The problem has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect that.”
“Excellent experience from start to finish with Andy and the entire team at RNR Automotive. My 2002 Tacoma needed a new bumper, due to rust, and even though this was a relatively small job, I truly felt like a valued customer throughout, which is rare these days, to get a quality service at a great price.
My estimator, Andy, was kind, efficient and very communicative throughout. RNR gave me the best quote, worked with me on options and when I finally picked up my truck, not only was the bumper beautiful, sparkling and new, the team had unexpectedly detailed it and I felt like I was driving off the showroom floor.
I was referred to RNR by a friend of my sister, but I’ll be referring people to them myself now. Definitely go to RNR - great team, great service, great price.”
“I bring my 2020 Honda Civic to install my Wing spoiler last year, Jon did a great job for installing it, but there's one minor issue I ran into which is the receptionist wasn't very friendly unlike Jon, I forgot her name, but she was a middle-aged lady. I gave a 5 star for Jon; I wish I could give 1 star for the lady who have an attitude issue. I hope I can still work with Jon because I still have a lot of modifications to make on My Car. :D”

“I had a great experience with the Gerber crew - from the repairs on my vehicle to the customer service.
I brought my vehicle in when I was recommended Gerber by my insurance company. From the start, the team was very informative with explaining each item in my estimate, to the potential changes that could occur based on anything additional that they find as well how to keep the conversation going with my insurance company on next steps.
Through it all, they kept me updated along the way on the repairs, the work they were doing, the progress that had been made, all culminating in a timely completion.
What was a very pleasant surprise was the team offering to deliver the vehicle to my house when I was not able to make it into the shop in time before the weekend because of my work schedule. They dropped off the vehicle exactly as promised, gave me all the information I needed on next steps and offered to continue to help if there was anything I wasn't happy with.
All in all - great repairs, great service and great communication.”

“Just wanted to leave a random note here that this repair shop and most other Crash Champions do NOT do repairs for Tesla. That was the advice I got from this location's admin lady. Somehow Geico forwarded me to this location for Tesla repair, which was frustrating, so wanted to share that with other Tesla folks just in case.”

Their professionalism, clear communication, and friendly service stood out from start to finish. They even remembered my name by the second visit, which added a personal touch.
Each time I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than the day I bought it. After the first repair, I noticed an issue with some sensors. I contacted them, and they promptly asked me to bring the car back and resolved the problem right away.

“I had a badly curbed Tesla wheel. Joel communicated with me before dropping off the wheel, and continued to communicate through pickup. Joel was professional and Sameday's work speaks for itself. The whole process could not have been any easier and the wheel repair is flawless. I had trouble seeing the repaired area, even in bright sunlight. I hope to never need a wheel repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair.”
