“I had a dent in a front fender, concave (curves outward) and even better, with black paint (shows everything). They did an excellent job, can’t even find it. Service was also excellent, waiting for me at the door at appointment time. Shop is very clean. Will certainly use these folks’ service again.”
“I KNOCKED THE MIRROR OFF OF MY WRANGLER. EVERYTHING WAS STILL IN PLACE BUT I COULDNT PUSH THE MIRROR BACK INTO THE FRAME. I CALLED DOUGS THIS MORNING ASKING IF I COULD STOP BY AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT TO SEE IF THEY COULD PUSH IT BACK ON OR IF I NEEDED A NEW MIRROR. I HAD TO TAPE THE MIRROR SO IT WOULDNT JUST HANG. HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TELLING ME WHAT TAPE WOULD BE OK TO USE; INCLUDING INFORMING ME NOT TO USE DUCT TAPE. I GOT THERE. HE CAME RIGHT OUT TO MY JEEP. HE WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE MIRROR BACK IN. THIS PROBABLY SAVED ME A FORTUNE. I WAS IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 5 MINS. I REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE YOU PROVIDED TODAY. KUDOS!!”
“Had a blown radiator. Nielson Auto Repair was able to get our car towed right away and finished the repairs quickly. When towing the car, they pointed out that the brakes were in poor condition, but I appreciated that they didn't ask us or pressure us to do this additional work (I ended up having them do the brake job too, but I requested it on my own after they had already completed the radiator job). I also appreciated that they were flexible with the timing of pickup, as I couldn't pick up the car for a few days. Good quality, fast, flexible, fairly priced, and honest.”

“Initially, I was very disappointed after picking up my car because I started having a tire pressure issue shortly after the repairs were marked as completed. Since I had specifically asked about the wheels and tires after the accident, this was especially frustrating.
However, after I left my review, the shop reached out to me and took responsibility by rechecking the issue and ultimately resolving it. They followed up, addressed the problem properly, and made sure everything was taken care of. While the initial experience and communication could have been better, I do appreciate that they did not ignore the issue and worked to fix it. The problem has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect that.”
“I bring my 2020 Honda Civic to install my Wing spoiler last year, Jon did a great job for installing it, but there's one minor issue I ran into which is the receptionist wasn't very friendly unlike Jon, I forgot her name, but she was a middle-aged lady. I gave a 5 star for Jon; I wish I could give 1 star for the lady who have an attitude issue. I hope I can still work with Jon because I still have a lot of modifications to make on My Car. :D”

Josiah at Bel-Red navigated all the insurance for me and I got everything covered (besides my deductible) after my initial insurance estimate through the app was about 8k less than what it ended up costing. And he set me up with a rental at Enterprise and handled all that. Fantastic experience.”

“I had a badly curbed Tesla wheel. Joel communicated with me before dropping off the wheel, and continued to communicate through pickup. Joel was professional and Sameday's work speaks for itself. The whole process could not have been any easier and the wheel repair is flawless. I had trouble seeing the repaired area, even in bright sunlight. I hope to never need a wheel repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair.”
