“This review is for delivering, trucks get there early...if its for 730 am appointment....If its early in the morning you should be able to take 130 st and go in the entrance there and be able to set yourself up for the dock its tight not going to lie the dock is west&east you need to be pointing east to back up...if not going to have to take ne 21 pl....swing wide or your trailer will go in the ditch SWING WIDE if going ne 21 plThey unload fast...and not going to lie its hard getting out too......this place is not ment for 53 foot trailers.... just go slow and take it wide....I had to knock a star off not because of the people that work there but getting in and out of the dock of hell.....And if you have a later appointment just don't go lol”
“Larissa was amazing, she was able to answer all of our questions and then still tell us more. We recently received our bed as well and the installation Tech was surprised that we new everything about the bed. Saying usually sales people mis a few details. Larissa knew it all and more. She was also very friendly and not pushy at all. Best experience ive had making a large purchase.”

“This is an awesome little store. It’s all the best products made in Seattle, especially food items. If you’re looking to send a care package or gifts to people out of state this is absolutely the place to go. Prices are high, but to be expected with local high quality goods. “My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“After the pandemic, we decided to give our nearly 30-year-old home a makeover! After a year of moving walls, construction woes, dust, paint, and inventory hiccups, we were finally done, and it was time to decorate from scratch. We kicked things off in our living and dining rooms. We ended up visiting Ethan Allen in Belleuve and met Shruti. Wow! What a fantastic experience. We loved working with her and keep coming back. I asked her NOT to listen to me and to please make the best design decisions, even if I had some doubts at first. Sure, there were delivery delays but that’s to be expected in our supply chain-challenged world- you just need to build those delay expectations into your plans and have patience. Bottom line - We’ve received so many compliments on the choice of colors, materials, and accessories. We’re now working with Shruti on a redesign of our master bedroom. Just as before, Shruti selected colors, furniture, lighting, flooring and window treatments we would not have selected if left on our own. We now have an amazing new bedroom coming together that is seriously gorgeous! Thank you, Shruti for being so talented as our go-to designer.”

“I generally hate shopping - actually, I hate crowded shopping centers. I was instantly regretting going to Crate and Barrel about a half mile from the store as traffic began to pick up. After navigating the crowded garages and mall, I got to the store, which was rather busy.
But complaining about humanity isn't why I am here (today). I actually want to compliment one of the store associates - Vera P. Vera just provided the great, friendly customer service that I so often miss in a digital world. She was very kind and very conscientious and just wanted to ensure that my purchases were packed appropriate for transport.

“Rubie and the team at West Elm/Williams Sonoma are hands down some of the best customer experience professionals I’ve ever dealt with.
We ordered 3 couches and a bed, and the bed arrived completely wrong - incorrect color and size. I was bummed because we were rebuilding our home after a natural disaster, and finally moving back in after over half a year away, and I couldn’t stomach the thought of sleeping on a mattress on the floor while waiting for a new bed.
Rubie showed sympathy and compassion by helping me navigate the situation. She advocated to WS to leave the incorrect bed in the interim so we had something to sleep on. This small act made all the difference in the world to us.
The new bed was just delivered (and incorrect bed picked up) and I couldn’t be happier. I am beyond grateful to the teams at WE and WS for their amazing support - they truly care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult time, a little less difficult.”
