“I have no clue how this place got any bad reviews!?! I've been using them daily for 8 solid yrs& i have literally known every single employee during those yrs. They go WAY above and beyond for me and always have... Of course, I'm super friendly to them and I speak to them like human beings, but I've witnessed ppl be heinously rude to them. They never lost their temper with the rude customers, either. I did, however. These ppl are saints. If I'm shipping something important, i ONLY trust UPS Factoria. It's always on time, they never have ever lost a pkg of mine. I mean, they treat me like family. That's why I spend the money on a box there. Are they the very cheapest place in the world? No, but you get what you pay for in the mail world. How important is your stuff to you? Mine's important so it's nothing less than UPS Factorja for me. Always the best. Id give this place and every employess 10 stars and a vacation if I could. Use them. You won't regret it.”
“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”

“I recently moved and submitted a change of address online. I was asked to go into the full service post office on Bel-Red to confirm my identity. After much back and forth and no understanding of what was happening to my mail and the inability of the system to confirm me, I was referred to the annex. Sherri was so helpful and an absolute gem! She took the time to figure out if my request had been received (it hadn't) and contacted my carrier at my old address to see if he had still been delivering my mail (he had). She had me fill out a paper form and ensured she would get it taken care of and the carrier confirmed he would hold my mail at the annex until the request had been processed. Many thanks to Sherri for being so helpful and kind!”

I have nothing but praise for the professional and kind service I’ve experienced with the staff. I suspect there are a few customers who feel entitled and unfortunately put the blame on the staff of this USPO. One should go to their post office with packages labeled, wrapped, and taped before handling to the counter person.”
