“Absolutely most comfortable shoes I ever own!
I can walk all day in their sneakers, boots and sandals. I am so happy I discovered that store in Bellevue while visiting Seattle. I wish they had more locations. I live in Los Angeles but we don’t that store here. I am glad, at least I can purchase future collection online. Great and knowledgeable customer service at that boutique in Bellevue who introduced me to this amazing orthopedic and beautiful product. It’s very rare when beauty lines up with comfort and price.

“Loft has always been one of my favorite stores, but I’ve noticed that their recent collections don’t quite match the variety and appeal they had a few years ago.
The staff here are friendly and kind, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. However, I do wish they carried more of the diverse options available in their online collection.
That said, I absolutely love their summer pieces—they’re always a highlight! Definitely recommend checking this place out!”

“I had a very great consumer experience at this store tonight with the employees assisting me, and answering questions I had. I had a good transaction too. I work as a manager at a different store in that exact mall at Bellevue Square, so from my perspective, I would say the only thing that would be a detractor is the employee who was ringing up my transaction. He appeared to have a slight ego that came across in the way he was speaking which wasn’t allowing him to be his true authentic self, and it could have been the circumstance of him being unconsciously aware of the cocky nature he was presenting. He was a good guy, but not very authentic. Experience was good overall nonetheless.”

“I've never shopped at J. Jill until this first visit in January 2022 because their regular collection as merchandised appears suitable only for taller people but I just realized they have a petite section both in store and online which is now somewhat rare. It was end of winter and they didn't have much in stock but I purchased a rose colored embroidered cotton tunic that is now one of my favorite shirts.”

Andrea (the SA) was absolutely fantastic - she was warm, welcoming, and inviting! She helped me out a little bit and was great at being candid yet professional.
Overall, the atmosphere in this Louis Vuitton felt like night and day with that Hermes across the way and I ended up purchasing at LV for that reason alone.”

“This review is for a fantastic experience I had last week with the Alterations department at the Factoria Nordstrom Rack. A sweater I recently purchased online from Nordstrom had the sleeve seam come apart for several inches starting at the wrist. I love the sweater so didn't want to just return it, so I brought it with me when going to the Rack last week. The associate at the register (wish I'd gotten her name as she was so helpful) was certain their long-time tailor, Hanh Phan, could repair the sleeve for me so she personally walked me back to Alterations and explained the situation. With just a quick look at the sleeve Hanh said she could definitely repair it and to come back in 15 minutes. I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service by both of these women and will definitely recommend the Factoria Nordstrom Rack and their Alterations department in the future.”

“Plain and simple the place sort of just reminds you of beauty. I shopped here recently for a new skirt and found myself wondering why I was buying a skirt in the first place, because 1) I’m a man (the names walter) 2) I’m not gay and 3) I don’t have a wife. So I was left in a little pickle, I must have stood there for 10 or so seconds before an employee came up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I quickly responded “yes, I’m here to buy a skirt” which they quickly replied with “right this way” where they promptly led me to the skirt section of the store. I walked over and grabbed the nicest one. I then bought the skirt and brought it home where it lays on a chair in my apartment where I’m still wondering what I should do with it. Anyways sorry for rambling on but I just had to get this off my chest and I thank the kind employee that helped me and I wish this great business success.”

They have a good selection for kids And young adult shoes. A good number if different name brands and styles.
While there is limited staff, they have always been friendly and very willing to assist.
I would recommend this location for your general shoe needs.
The shoes they carry are general shoes in the mid to low price range (most under 50 with a few up to $100.
They do not carry some specialty shoes or good hiking shoes.
This allows me to provide good shoes for a huge family without breaking the bank.”
