After reading the reviews for this store I was apprehensive about visiting. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service I received. I was greeted quickly when I entered and after a short wait I was promptly shown to an employee who helped me pick out my new purse! I do highly recommend this store.

Claudia is amazing! My bag had a couple of flaws and she coordinated a replacement and was so sweet and communicative throughout the process. She made the entire experience that much better!

A wait to enter the building (it was Mother's Day so no surprise). Once we entered my wife was well taken care of, and was able to try on multiple bags. There was no pressure to buy and our sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. In the end we got her a handbag that she loved.
