One of the employees told me I was too quiet and then the employee tried to continue the conversation to try to put a bandaid on what she said. Really not appropriate to tell customers they are too quiet. Maybe just ask the customer to repeat what they said politely? Regardless it’s a great store I just think management needs to have a conversation with staff and how they word things to customers since we are what drives that business profit.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
