“I’ve bought a couple pairs of shoes from this location, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. My most recent visit (around 9/5/2025) was another great experience. I was assisted by a young lady who recommended I try the Brooks as comfortable walking shoes. After purchasing them, I’ve already walked about 40,000 steps in them—and I absolutely love them!”

“I have always had great service here. They always make an effort to greet customers who enter warmly and the check out process is always quick and efficient. The selection here is great too, my mom and I usually come out here with a few pairs to choose between from or we just get them all. The prices here are fair and if you are part of their rewards program, you definitely get some great deals or coupons on top of their already lower prices.
The store is organized well too! You can find things you need easily from clearance shoes or items, accessories, socks, and other goodies! The store seems to be clean and well-maintained. They play great shopping music to listen to while you browse. Definitely glad we have a DSW close by as there aren't too many stores in Washington.”

“I was in the Famous Footwear in sunrise Village store today in Puyallup Washington. I had an excellent visit and the customer service provided by Jayla and Sidney was phenomenal. These two young ladies went above and beyond to help me find what I looking for and suggested styles that I didn’t know I was looking For that made my visit even better. They were kind, professional, and courteous to me from the time I walked in until the time I left your store. The store was clean, organized, and there was a positive energy and vibe within the store that you don’t find in a lot of stores nowadays.
People always take the time to complain that they never take the time to say thank you for someone’s help when they are doing a wonderful job. I tried to go online and find a way to acknowledge and let you all know the wonderful job that these ladies are doing in this store. But I could not find any way to post this to the national Famous Footwear website. I would like the general manager and our manager of the store to please give me a call at their convenience so I can relay to them the excellent customer that these young ladies are doing at your store. I did put in a email with Customer Service on the National website and my information is on there. I will also call back during normal business hours and leave my personal information with the store. These young ladies really did go above and beyond today, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again. “Zara , Dylan , and Jake were super helpful and understanding when me and my husband were shopping ! Jake helped my husband find a shirt in his size and brought out more options he might like and he did ! :) Zara and Dylan checked us out and we’re super helpful and helped explain what my benefits were when signing up to join VANS ! “Lots of name brand work wear at discounted prices. Great place to find some hard hats, work boots, Carhartt gear or some Georgia Romeo boots for a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend checking out this store in person before you going anywhere else.”

“This is one of my favorite brands for purchasing baby clothes. The quality of the clothes is always good, the colors are beautiful, and usually they fit very well. I love the cute outfit combinations they setup for display or that they sell all together. Sometimes they offer very good discounts too. In this particular store, everything was clean and organized. The staff was nice. They even had a big “Tic-Tac-Toe” board so you could keep your little ones entertained. Once we found what we were looking for, the service was super fast!”

I was searching for matching shoes left and right because it's an outlet and they have many shoes out and about, which is totally understandable. “Been here a few times, but hadn't bought anything in a couple of years from this store. Today (5/15/23), happened to find some great deals on Men's Basketball shoes that I couldn't pass up!! Dropped by to look for some quality shoes on sale and found 3! Paid a total of $175 for the 3!!! Original prices would have totaled over $350, so a wicked great deal! Half price. Pretty happy about that.”
