“I came in for a simple alignment however I just purchased my lifted F-150 from a hole in the wall place in lakewood. I was told ball joints in the front needed replacing & while they were doing that they found my driver's side U Bolts were loose in the rear. Henry the tech asked me if I heard rattling. Everyone has been in the doctor's office waiting for possibly bad news.Kinda how I felt but I told him yes and was professional enough to bring me out and show me exactly what was happening. I asked him if it was safe to drive and then he explained on why not to drive my new truck that I paid almost 20 grand for. I took his advice and parked it until they could get to it. ☆☆☆☆☆
They let me bring it in the day before and were kind enough to park it inside there garage because I had to go to work the following morning and had no one to bring it in☆☆☆☆☆. I dislike people that dislike professionals that find other issues with there vehicle and complain.
Thank that professional...your problems are not theirs as they are only trying to help and make your problems resolved.

“None of the other local Discount Tires would service my vehicle because one of the front tires had worn tread on the side, not terrible or bald, but worn a bit more than usual, for sure. They were trying to get a new tire sold and wouldn't honor my warranty or service it, even though they all agreed the tire life was still technically still in the green, all other things considered.
Ty and the management here agreed it looked worn, but not to the point of denying service outright, so I will be getting my new tires from here from now on, indefinitely.
Didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride and got a honest second opinion. The wear n tear on the one wasn't significant enough to deny a basic balance and rotation or call for a replacement immediately then and there with so much good tread leftover, according to the team here, but we made plans to replace the tires with a new set in 10k miles anyways, to be safe. Definitely worth the drive and distance, and much quicker, too!!”

“Was out with my kids on a Saturday and noticed a psssss sound coming from my tire. So I raced to Les Schwab and they were slammed. I was told it would be a 2hour wait. And it was lol. But they patched me up and got me back on the road for free. Was worried I’d be getting the “we can’t fix it, you need to spend $2k on tires today”. Well I know that days only a year or so out. And when it comes I’ll be happy to go back here.”
“I have taken my car to this Les Schwabs for years. Always have had amazing service. I have done several safety checks over the years and they had multiple opportunities to say I need something done when all was fine.
Last year at my car’s dealership they listed over 2k of work needing done asap. I then took it to Les Schwabs to do a check on everything and nothing was critical. Last week I took it for oil change and safety check. Amazing service again. Greeting me before I even got all the way inside the front door and kept in contact while work being done. There are a couple of things I should get fixed in the near future but again not critical today. Especially since i barely drive my 2005 car.”
“We had a flat and the shop was about to close. We spoke with Curtis and he said if we could get the car to them soon they could help us out. We showed up just as they were closing but they took our car, got us a new tire, fixed issues with the luggage nuts. Lincoln was amazing. Did all the work and was polite and kind even though he ended up staying pretty late. Zane helped him and was cordial and kind. “Went in yesterday for a nail in our tire. Since I had a previous certificate, I only paid $48 for a new tire and wiper blades. They were super busy, so we dropped off the car and picked it up later when it was done. Easy peasy!”
