I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. My partner and I just bought our first house last month. The whole process of dealing with agents, loaners and etc. was a huge ordeal, but our experience with this bank were some of the few truly pleasant moments.
Joyce helped us with transferring our earnest money, and Gloria helped us with transferring our down payment. Both were extremely patient, kind, reliable, and attentive to detail. My partner and I were expecting these two interactions to be extremely stressful, but we actually felt so much better after talking to these bankers and had them handled our transactions. “I have been going to this B of A Financial Center in Bothell for about six years I have covered most Private Banking issues that a senior person like myself would need assistance with in that time. I have been assisted by tellers, staff and management. At all different days and times, I have been very satisfied being able to resolve, clearly and execute many issues.
