“The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!”

Kris (Kelvin) gave me a ride across town in a brand new LUCID and it was exciting. After I finished business at the correct location, Kris brought me back to your Enterprise. I met Constance and she was full of energy and smiles, adorable and made my visit today "fun". I have rented here before while my Mercedes is being serviced across the street and this Enterprise location is excellent. ??I work corporate and travel a lot and as an executive elite member this is one of the top locations that offers excellent customer service.”

Then, one guy came and returned the car with a six-inch dent. They quickly called their boss, got his approval, did not sell me any insurances, and I was able to leave in 5 mins.”

“I have rented from this location a number of times and find their team to be friendly and capable. It’s a small operation so don’t expect airport style pick up. They don’t have a ton of cars and sometimes they aren’t spotless - but the convenience of having this downtown location outweighs that. AVIS corporate appears to allow over-booking of cars (since there are a lot of no-shows) - so there is a chance they run out of cars. Occasionally the lines are long (especially during cruise season) so please pack your patience, the team behind the counter are doing the best they can. I’ve gotten the hang of their garage and drop off protocols. It’s a bit wonky but it works if you follow their directions.”

We had a text message from our driver upon landing in Seattle and he met us by baggage claim to assist with the bags. We had the same driver, Christian, on 2 separate occasions. He was sharply dressed and extremely polite and professional. The vehicle was impeccably clean. Upon arriving back in port from our cruise it was so nice to have Christian waiting to take us to the airport. No stress trying to get an Uber!
