“We are very happy with our new shower from Bath Fitter. The sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with and the installation crew was friendly, polite and super efficient. It took exactly the amount of time the sales person shared with us and the crew left our bathroom and home clean. We’ve enjoyed our showers this week and feel much safer with the step-in design. No more tub!! Thanks Bath Fitter!”

“This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.”

“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

“We worked with Jade throughout our process for our new kitchen and I am SO thankful to have someone as knowledgeable as her to guide me through the process. She answered all of my questions, helped me pick the best layout when I had no idea what I wanted, came up with great ideas on the fly, was on site for instillation, and was always available for questions. When one of our cabinets arrived warped, Jade ordered us a new one (for free) that arrived incredibly fast, and she personally delivered it, making sure we got it as quickly as possible. She was always on top of communication with us, and I am so thankful for her skills, guidance and knowledge throughout this process. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone, and plan to use Jade and United again in the future for our laundry room!”

“I would like to say the Macaron class I took today July 11, 2026 at the Kirkland location was so much fun. As a Macaron baker i would say there is always room to learn. Chef Paul was amazing 👏. I want to thank him and his wonderful assistants for a great day. Also, the team I had today was awesome and very enjoyable. I would definitely do a class again.”

“We were shopping for front door hardware and assumed we'd go to Ferguson. Lo and behold, Ferguson only sells door hardware online. Fortunately we discovered Chown Hardware in Bellevue. What a great showroom! What great employees! Tim Murray was really helpful in the store, the product was delivered in a few days and I'm very pleased with the purchase. In the showroom I handled the hardware I was planning to order online (from Ferguson) and didn't like it at all. I found something I liked much more in person in the showroom.”

“Best Plumbing replaced my main water line, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The work was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in their workmanship. Mitch, the project manager, and his crew were excellent, communicative, respectful, and highly skilled. I have no complaints, only appreciation for a job exceptionally well done. I will absolutely use Best Plumbing again and highly recommend them to friends, neighbors, coworkers, and our homeowners association.”

“I’m an interior designer who has worked with many cabinet companies over the years and Huntwood has been the absolute best one. They provide a high level of craftsmanship and wonderful range of styles, finishes, and customization. The sales rep at the Bellevue location, Caroline, is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She is thoughtful in her design and quick to answer any questions that have come up. She has taken great care of my client, general contractor, and me throughout the course of our project. I highly recommend Huntwood and Caroline to anyone looking for a seamless cabinet design and install process.”

“I absolutely adore this store! They offer a wide range of high-quality and tasteful home decor items. We recently purchased some luxurious Ralph Lauren Down pillows that are incredibly lofty and comfortable. Additionally, we bought a large Abstract painting by a talented Ukrainian artist that we absolutely adore and proudly display in our home.”

“We bought most of the bathroom fixtures, fittings, finish plumbing and hardware for our primary bathroom major remodeling project from Ferguson Home in Bellevue. Connor was very helpful in selecting parts and setting up the project on their website (which I thought was excellent, in terms of finding parts and availability). Their prices are competitive if not superior to the big box hardware stores, and the service was more personalized. Items arrived at our home within a few days of ordering, and substantially faster than shipping for all the other suppliers for this project. Shipping was also free, unlike the other suppliers. It’s best to make an appointment to come in, as the staff can get pretty busy at times. Highly recommended business.”

“Need 3D metal printed faucets? Or, water filled vanity lights? Of course you do, Kohler signature store is the place to go for this and more... Bought my Alexa enabled water park of a shower here, and bluetooth heated bubble bathtub (K-1967GW). Very helpful team of staff at the store. Have worked with Sandy, Janelle and Rhe. Great communicators. There was some delays during peak COVID period, but that's totally understandable. Smash like and subscribe on my channel if you want to see Alexa enabled Aurora Borealis from your toilet. More expensive than laxatives, but just as relaxing.”

“a fabulous store with a unique yet timeless interior design style. it has lots of old-world grandeur elements (dramatic chandeliers and oversized mirrors) but also modern practicalities (plush bedding and sofas, neutral colour palettes). staff was very kind and helpful. note that their showroom primarily displays living room and bedroom. they do not showcase office, children's rooms or any niche-purpose rooms.”

“The issue has been resolved and I was able to get the reward credits! Glad to know that it was finally resolved. ------ Below is the original review ------- I placed an order online and was told I would receive $500 in rewards. However, there appeared to be an issue with the system or coordination between Crate & Barrel and Imprint. The Imprint credit card was repeatedly rejected by Crate & Barrel, even after I called Imprint around ten times and also contacted Crate & Barrel to update the payment method and resolve the issue. Each time I contacted Imprint, they were “pleased” to inform me that there was no restriction on the card and that everything should work. But then the card would be rejected again by Crate & Barrel. This back-and-forth caused at least a one-week delay in the order delivery and created a lot of unnecessary frustration. After multiple attempts and no clear resolution, I eventually had to use my own credit card to complete the purchase because the process was going nowhere. As a result, Crate & Barrel and Imprint effectively got to keep the $500 in rewards that I was supposed to receive. A customer should not have to spend that much time going back and forth between two companies only to lose the rewards they were promised.”
