“This was the 2nd time we have used Caliber Collision for fender benders we have unfortunately had. Their service is awesome. Constantly received texts on progress. Jen is awesome to deal with! The whole process was very easy and quick. When the car was done, there was a problem with the passenger latch/lock mechanism. Called them, they said bring it in. I brought it in, they pulled it immediately into their shop and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Easy. Pleasure to do business with them.”
“Tried Kitsap Muffler Tire Pros today, as the tailpipe on the 1999 K1500 Suburban I am shipping to AK to my son was obviously rusted through.
I enjoyed a professional visit from the moment I walked in the door. As it turned out, the technicians were headed to lunch just as I arrived, so I came back a bit later. Upon my return, they had me on the rack almost immediately, quickly quoting the needed repairs. I was happy with the quote and approved the work (it entailed an entire exhaust system replacement from the catalytic converter back to the tailpipe, including the muffler). Within 45 minutes, the team had the work completed to my satisfaction. I am delighted with the repairs, including the very nice chrome outlet detail added at the end of the pipe.
Bryan and his team are professional, and the visit could not have gone better. Bryan even offered a solution to a persistent water leak into the rear of the suburban (likely the roof-mounted stop light gasket failing). I will bring the vehicle back to fix that issue when the part arrives.
I have driven past this shop for years, and finally read the reviews when I knew I needed muffler repairs. FYI, these guys do full line auto repair service, not just mufflers.

“Wendy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive for an hour to get to Bremerton and I had to wait at the dealership for 2 over hours for the recall item to be resolved. The free coffee was nice, and there was plenty of available seating. BUT, there were two radio stations playing at the same time, different songs, Lord, help other neuro-divergent folks! PLUS someone was bouncing a basketball the entire time. It was cold and windy outside, so waiting indoors was pretty much my only option. The noises drove me nuts. One station from now on, please, guys! And maybe a quieter sport like pingpong or, better yet, a video game maybe?”

“Finding a trustworthy mechanic is a big fear for most people, myself included. Fortunately, my neighbor told me to call L & R Automotive. We have taken our cars to them for everything from replacing an engine to brakes and oil changes, L & R (Brad) has never suggested work that doesn't need done. He looked over a used car I was buying and told me what work would be needed, which helped me feel confident with my purchase. Most recently, I took my car to him for the 90,000 mile maintenance. I was apprehensive about what all would need done. I was relieved that it wasn't a long list and was even told that nothing was urgent, which allowed me to decide what work to have done when. The work was done fast and at a fair price.”

“Pulled in randomly last week with an out of the ordinary problem -- on vacation with an unfamiliar rental car and couldn't get Apple Car Play to function consistently to put GPS navigation on the in-dash screen. Critical, for what ended up as 2000 miles of driving.Nick Carlson came out, didn't look at us like we were aliens, and took a couple of minutes to get us set up and on our way.Can't speak to his car selling persona, but his "take a second to be a decent human" persona is top-notch. We're very grateful for his help.”
“Jim is the most amazing guy EVER! My grandson was in a tough spot, Jim fixed his car without sending us into the poor house! My grandson could only afford liability (which is still $450/mo) so it didn’t cover his car. Jim partnered with me to make this happen. No one else would do that! They just asked for TONS on money…not caring that this 17 y/o kid doesn’t have that kind of money. Jim let me do some things myself to lower the cost. I pulled the parts from the junkyard, painted them myself with a rattle can (Jim has a great sense of humor!)There are no more guys like this folks! He is truly one-of-a-kind.”

“I stopped by twice to test ride 4 different bikes I saw on cycle trader. Seth was super helpful, accommodating, and never pushy. The test ride bikes were always prepped with plenty of fuel, with important features or quirks pointed out.After leaving, I got two nails in the rear tire (quick tip, do not stop on the shoulder by the Tacoma Narrows bridge). I limped to a safe place, and before trying roadside assistance, texted Seth to tell him my situation.They sent a driver (nice guy and conversation) with trailer out to me, 30 minutes away, without hesitation or expectation of payment. They said they had a budget tire in stock that matched my bike, if I wanted it installed. Alternatively, he also said he'd honor the trade in value quoted before because they planned to change it anyway. They could have taken advantage, but didn't.Seth continues to be helpful, post sale. Also, Mike in Parts is helping me make accessory choices since he rides the same bike.”
