“Visited this store last night for the first time. What a fabulous market! Had things I didn’t know I even wanted. Highly recommend for a stop while in the area.”
“What a great staff! Everyone I worked with cheerfully helped me through a complicated Instacart order. I’ve never had notably better customer service. Thanks y’all”
“The owners are so kind and sweet, like something out of the twilight zone. They insist on heating your food for you if you're going to heat something up. Usually I'd rather do it myself but these people are so kind and speaking somewhat limited English that its got me kinda like "hey what the heck thank you fir heating that up fir me, kind sir!" Honestly, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, and it's because the owners, man, and his wife were so kind to me. They were closing, so they said they could only heat up 1 thing lol but they were still so kind to help the man walking in as I walked out. I was treated with so much kindness despite it being closing time. Do you have any idea how the safeway staff treat anyone in the store around closing time? They remind you over a loud speaker every few min and start threatening not to let you pay for your items a good 15-30m before closing. Not to mention the uncalled for greeting when you walk in the door initially: a staff member singles you out abd very rudely tells you the store is closing in 20min" no "welcome to safeway " none of that. They literally yell at you and tell you the sooner you leave, the better! So I really appreciate it when employees don't act like that. Another good example is the staff at Sprouts. They are kind even at closing time. They all value their customers enough to treat them with decency at all times of day. The ppl running this place were adorably kind. I didn't even know they were closing until the man told me he only heated up one of my two items and he said something like: "but this will get you home then you can heat up this too. It'll be alright, you'll be ok, right?" LOL, of course I will be ok. How sweet the people working there are. Such a rare gem ?”
“It's so perfect! Everyone is so friendly, and as a general store it couldn't succeed more! Go check it out, you'll see what I mean. CJ's is an undeniable treasure!”
“My husband and I came here to eat, and we were both happy with the quality, speed, and serving sizes we received. I ordered the lengua Burrito and the lengua was very tender and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and there was a quaint grocery section which had good products including freshly baked pan dulce.”
“I don’t know where they find their employees but every single one of them treats you like family. They are so sweet, genuine and helpful. One of the ladies tonight offered to help bring my groceries out to my car since I didn’t grab a cart but had too much in my hands. The manager is so joyful and lovely to work with it seems. The BEST location!”

“This is a favorite spot, especially for my kids. We started coming here after to moving to this side of Bremerton over 4.5 years ago. We rented a uHaul from this location and they were so kind and helpful during a super stressful time, for my family and for people in general. My kids will note if we don’t come often enough. They really just want to try to see “Grandma YC”; they only saw her a few times in the beginning and 4.5 years later, they still remember her ? My eldest who moved back a year ago met YC independently of us and she loves her too, lOl. We love to support local and there are so many ways to support this business. You can rent a uHaul, you can come get delicious food and treats that they make and you can top it all off with a refreshing soda in a glass bottle. Also, they sell Faygo, which I love! The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone at this location for helping build core memories for my family!”
“I had not been for a few years. It still amazes me the great prices vs civilian grocery stores. Simply cannot beat the prices of meats, vegetables, and pantry staples. Even going on a payday which is considered a bad day because of crowding and reduced stock, it was amazing. Super hanicap friendly. Plenty of staff. No long lines. Use your commissary benefits people....they cannot be beat.”
“I hope they're able to grow into a larger store one day, so I'm happy to support them on that journey.Local produce and bulk goods are helpful for growing farms and communities. You can request special items and give kind feedback to the staff owners.Things to do nearby:You can buy fresh bread and pastries at Los Encantos bakery (try the tres leches cake). There's also a quality coffee shop, Cafe Corvo, to sit and read a book.”
“Pretty standard convenience store. Been around a long time. Clean but kinda worn by time. Average prices. Kind of a difficult parking lot to get in and out of if there's traffic but it's connected along the back to an easier to access lot. Everyone I've interacted with has been nice. Haven't had a negative experience at R &H. It's on the way to work so I stop there occasionally but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here. It does what you expect and it does it well enough, solid business.”

“I've only use this small little store one time. But it's close to my house and the gas prices are better than downtown. The staff seems to be very helpful and the prices are better than the red apple”
“Perfect little convenience store to have at the end of the neighborhood. Just as well it’s it’s very tidy, well organized and carry my favorite drinks. If you come in and can’t find what your looking for there is solid chance they’ll have it when you come back!”
“Went to Safeway this morning around 10:30 and we went to the ice cream section for my favorite ice cream. Ben & Jerry’s half baked. I’m not sure who the gentleman’s name was who was stocking but he was more than happy to help us find it without us even asking ?. Really made our day, especially when he went to the back and checked for us. I was more than happy to get a different flavor but he went above and beyond. Thank you so much :).”
“If you shop at Fred Meyer enough to get fuel points this place is fine. Even cheap if you have enough points. Reasonably clean and rarely broken, the price without points is the same as everywhere else. Biggest downside is the same as the main store. Kitsap Mental Health is behind it so there's always a chance a patient will wander over out of the woods but I've had no direct issues.”
“Pamela is amazing! I used self checkout and got cash back and was in a rush and forgot the cash, she went out to the parking lot to find me! what an awesome whole hearted lady! she went above and beyond! keep her around and give her a raise!”

“Perfect place to shop I love the selection so much product however do not steal from here it has a super tight security and they already save you so much money why take advantage and get thrown out gone fined trespassed arrested it's not worth it”
“Good people, wish they would get their EBT food card set up already tho. It's been a few years now, so I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. Other than that, it's nice and clean and the people (ok, most of them) are friendly. Give it a try when you're out this way ?”

“Have to say I love the donuts! Aa for the deli counter it has a decent amount of items for a local worker who needs a quick bite for lunch. As for the store as a whole you can count on it having most of anything you might need, but for a higher price. You definitely should expect to be paying for it's convenience. And the owners should work on being a little bit more friendly to it's paying customers.”
“I like this Safeway. They have good prices on discounted product. The salt and vinegar wings are off the hook. The claw machine is no good, weakest claw in town please do not put your quarters in their machine. Self check out makes for a speedy exit.”
“Nothing like a classic, Mom & Pop grocery store, where you know the cashiers and other employees by name, they know you, and you’re supporting a valued local business. In the day and age of chain grocery stores, Ralph’s Red Apple stands out. Support local!”
“Convenient little store right next to Wild Cat Lake. The best part about the store is the deli section. They have an item that I have named "The Twister." It's a heavenly creation. It's a hot dog wrapped in a pancake-esque batter that's then wrapped in bacon and then deep-fried. Awesome-sauce!!!”

“I've been going to the Tracyton Market for my whole life. Whether I was walking there to grab an after school snack years ago, or now driving there get a bag of ice for a summer party, I have always had fond memories.”
“I like how the store is always very well stocked, organized and tidy. And the clerks do a great job to get you on your way with your purchase always keeping on their minds that your most likely catching a bus or the ferry. Some items the price seems a little high but still way less than stores such as R and K market over in Manette. I bought a box of Marlboro, a bottle of diet Pepsi, a three pack of Zingers and a Bic and the total price came to $21, 209.17 I didn't have enough so I put the lighter back. But still! And blossom always has a kind word and a friendly smile for her costumers. ?”
“Small, very local, convenient, mini mart with plenty of personality. The employees are all friendly & real and for the most part, prices are actually quite reasonable considering it’s a convenience store & usually that means double the price of a full sized grocery store. This store is definitely an asset to the community & many local residents rely on it for staple foods. Security has considerably improved over the last several years and I’m happy to see the improvements & upgrades as they’ve been made. They are impressively open for a wide range of hours every day & I’m sure I’m not the only person who appreciates that. Thanks for all you do guys!”

“This is definitely not your run of the mill PNW grocery store. Sarr's is my first stop when I need ingredients for ethnic recipes. They have a huge selection of Asian and Hispanic foods. Prices are about on-par with the chain stores. Some things are more, some are less. All in all, I wouldn't do my everyday shopping here, but find myself stopping in a few times a month for sure.”
“Today in late afternoon I shopped. While self-checking-out 4 items I needed assistance 3 times. It was very graciously provided by a young man, tall, stocky, very long black hair. Afterward he ran after me to return the $20 bill I had left in the machine. Talk about excellent staff---Thx, Mick Clark”
“The staff, particularly Andrew, is always welcoming and helpful, and the store is sparkling clean and organized. Bonus points for being super close to home! I recommend checking it out!”

“They are so friendly and helpful. They close pretty late (8pm). They are also closed during their lunch hour which is from 1:00-1:30. Plus any payment you make goes towards fuel points.”
“Dropped in with my daughter to check this establishment out.
Baby it’s clean and smells like great sausage is being made. My goodness so many options. What was a stand out to me was how nice the lady was. Great customer service.
It was a joy to speak with an uplifted beautiful human being.
I will be back to for sure.”
