“Before the pandemic, I always had a hard time finding a trusty mechanic. So over the years I've learned to work on my car myself and I learned alot. But due to my new location, I don't have space or time to work on my car anymore to keep it maintained. I had to do what was best and look for a shop locally to replace my cv axel. Mr. Matsuda is the only mechanic I currently trust after mt experience! He finished in 3 hours and also re filled my AC with a fair price! The before and after photos helped ensured me to understand what parts needed to be replaced and how they looked. I appreciate that alot, not only that but he found a source of a leak (which i didnt even tell him about). I couldn't find that leak on my own time and feel so grateful he actually found it!!
I'll be back, cause I have an older subaru and to keep that thing running takes a watchful eye, open ears and maintenance.

“This store will help you meet your automotive needs, the staff is top notch and when I ended up with the wrong caliper for my Dodge Journey SXT, they replaced it with the right one with no hassle and of course they still gave me the discount and made sure that I got out the door with what I needed to finish the front breaks. Towards the end of the repair, I was told it might be done on a Friday but they would let me know if it weren't going to be completed. I never got the call, but it was finished on Monday.

I came into AutoZone today with a car that had just been jumped. I wasn’t sure what the issue was—battery, starter, alternator? But TALON H was the absolute standout of my visit. He didn’t just try to sell me something; he explained that while the battery might be the issue, it could also be the starter or another problem. He laid out the risks honestly, but after listening to his expert advice, I took the chance and bought the Duralast Gold battery.
TALON H walked me through the whole process step-by-step, even installing the new battery for me. He was so pleasant, professional, patient, and knew his stuff. And then—we ran full diagnostic tests with the AutoZone scanner, and EVERY single part of my system passed! Cranking volts, RPMs, charging system—all green. The car is running like a champ now.
This man needs a raise and a promotion. No joke—I’d hire him to run any business I’m a part of. He’s sharp, respectful, has excellent customer service skills, and knows cars inside and out. If you’re at AutoZone and lucky enough to get TALON H, you’re in the best hands.
This was my first time at AutoZone and it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing all my car business—and my friends and family—here from now on. All because of TALON H.”

We initially thought it failed and worked with Christy to arrange all the details, since we live north of Spokane & the MH was in Orting.Christy was extremely helpful and very understanding.
