“The folks on the maintenance crew at Slate Ridge are all amazing! I called the office today with an after hours service request and Ben was swift to show up (in the rain no less). He was super helpful and quickly addressed the issue!”
“I did a tour with Kaspian today and she was friendly, knowledgeable and very kind and there was a blind guy walking when we walked by, he tripped and she ran to help him and make sure he was okay. Kaspian was even picking up trash on the way to the apartment, I have never seen a manager do this! Kaspian seemed to know every person by name who greeted her, she even gave me a snack when my service dog alerted to my drop in blood sugar. I cannot wait to apply and live here!”

“I want to say this is a beautiful community and I want to say a special thanks to Jewels. The community manager. Give me a great experience and the maintenance staff keep up the good work.”
“The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place ?♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!”
“The Arden Apartments has one of the best on site teams I have had the pleasure to work with, Consistently on top of all work related projects, Notifying Residents for ease of access into their units for all their Restoration needs. Andrea has been the kindest, most compassionate assistant property manager I’ve had to work for. Keep up the good work everyone!”
“It's nice being remodeled. Not much for parking. Play ground is small and outdated. Pets are allowed but there's no place to walk them and 2 bed appointments shouldn't have 6 people living there with 3 kids. Looks like management is lazy.”

“I live on one of the third floors and if you heard the fire alarm go off at some odd hour of the night that one time along with loud noises like stomping, slamming or yelling sometimes throughout December and January I’m sincerely sorry about that ? downstairs neighbors, thank you for being chill”
“First and foremost let me just say as a contractor who does work for multiple apartment complexes, this one's my favorite.
The property manager Dani Jones is absolutely amazing. Always knows why I'm there and is always ready. She's super kind and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you for always making my job easier! The maintenance crew here is also exceptional and I can't thank you enough for all you do.”
“The managers are so sweet, polite and understanding. They went up and beyond to make my townhouse a home. Maintenance workers are very friendly and fast accommodating. I only been here a few months but I love it so much.”
“I’ve lived here since January 2024. When I first moved in, the place was unkept and run down. Getting ahold of the manager, let alone maintenance, was impossible, and safety was a major concern. Since the new manager, Kristy, came aboard over a year ago, there’s been an immediate and positive change in response times, professionalism, maintenance, and overall safety. When I first moved here, it was meant to be temporary, but now it feels like home and i don’t give good reviews ever so take note..”
“I was feeling physically burned out in a phase of life that had been physically, emotionally & mentally demanding. This burnout was manifesting in chronic pain, anxiety & an inability to find true restorative rest. As a business owner I lead a very dynamic life & was not feeling like I could fire on all cylinders. As a highly motivated individual who generally thrives in a joyful existence I was in search of a reset button & wanted to gain insight into managing my wellness.I signed up for foundations with Stephana because I trusted her & wanted to try a different approach to resolving my chronic pain. I have known Stephana for 2 years through interactions in local networking groups and could just sense that she had an authentic, nurturing and very wise sensibility. In just 2 short weeks working with Stephana I found the reset I needed to restore myself to a place of internal balance. She helped me take my daily pain level from a 10 to a 3 (it takes daily work to heal & the journey continues) My inflammation visibly decreased - even my husband had commented after the second session that I looked younger, refreshed & vibrant. She taught me valuable insights into my daily nutrition that have helped me feel more energized, improve my relationship with food and I lost a bit of weight without actually trying to do so. Stephana taught me active stretches to help me release tension in my neck and shoulders that have proven to be instrumental in my healing process from an overuse injury.Emotionally - I tend to keep things to myself & through this process unearthed a lot of decompression from trauma I had not even realized I was holding onto. There was never any prying or leading questions- her holistic approach seemed to just unlock tight spaces that needed to be released. In my experience, Stephana is a gifted coach who has an incredibly diverse tool box to custom tailor your experience. Stephana has an unwavering sense of purpose which gives an innate sense of trust in the process. Most importantly, she helps you build a foundation for lasting wellness & success, rather than keeping you dependent to make the next steps.?Stephana truly has a GIFT to help others in the most meaningful of ways. I highly recommend you invest in yourself and work with Stephana.”
