“After a nightmarish experience trying to upgrade my phone with Verizon and being made to jump through hoops over four visits to three different locations, I gave up and decided to jump ship. On my way home I saw the T mobile store, and figured that even though they were closing in an hour it would be worth walking in. Angel and Brian (?) were so helpful and friendly, transferred all my data to my new phone, and even took on the task of getting on the phone with Verizon's customer service to get the transfer pin and other information necessary to complete the switch. My phone plan and insurance on a brand new phone are considerably less than what I was quoted at Verizon, and I was walking out the door with everything I needed by the time they closed their doors for the evening. Highly recommend.”

“We just got signed up with a family plan today. We were helped by Geno the manager and Alexis . We were extremely excited with how much money they saved us. We were on a family plan with AT&T and saved $100 a month by switching. Geno the manager spoke with me on the phone before I arrived and he made sure we got all the deals available to us. Alexis also found additional promos we were eligible for. They were both extremely helpful and made it a speedy process for us. We came in with our two small children so we really appreciate it getting in and out of there as soon as possible. They also took the time to explain all the different phones, and what would be best for us specifically. I would highly recommend the store.”

“I came to this 7 Eleven in the summer of 2023, and it was pretty hot, so I stopped in to get myself a large cup of Slurpee. The cashier (I didn't get his name) told me it's on the house, let me go without paying. Really nice guy, thanks man, you deserve a raise for that kindness.”

“Update. I went to T-Mobile to hopefully get their internet service. The employee at T mobile was very nice and at least tried being helpful. The n Fortunately though, where I live TMobile not available to be hooked up at my home. Very disappointing since my neighbor right next door to me was able to get T mobile at their home. From what the T mobile employee told me, they try not to add more homes to their service then what their service can handle at any given time. So their customers have a good internet connection with good seeds. If that's the case, then that's a good thing for customers! I have had other internet service providers that really over load their system where there's too many people using the internet data stream and the internet speed slows to a crawl! Therefore I can really appreciate that T mobile wanting to keep the best quality for their customers using the internet! Just unfortunate I wasn't able to get their service yet! So I'm stuck with turtle slow HughesNet for who knows how much longer?”

“UPDATEI had given this location 1 star a year ago due to the person working there instead of helping told me to just do everything online(I am not technology savy thats why i had originally came in) however on Monday February 5th I went in because I wanted to inquire about wifi and maybe about trading in my phone, because of my previous experience I went in thinking I had to do this all online however I was wrong. Mikaela was the one who helped me and Mann did she help me. She was super patient, knowledgeable and most important she gave me one of the best customer service. She compared my current line to a new shiwed me the difference and most importantly showed me how I can save money in the long run. I left feeling taken cared off and because of Mikaela I am given this a 5stars.”

“As a true hero, i will be reviewing the costco food court! I know some people see costco as a store... but in my heart, since the years of Price Club, itll always be food first, store second.Absolutely a beast of a business model, and the fact their hot dog and a drink with refills, though they ditched the polish dog like a buncha goons, stays true to the gold standard 1.50... here in oregon with no sales tax, its a real deal dollar fitty.Always quick service here, foods always hot and fresh (as reheated food gets) and since its inside the store, always a warm seat to stuff it down, or eat in the aisles.Absolutely one of the better Costco's in the area.”

“I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!”

“My wife and I have been Metro PCS customers for over a decade and have had various in store experiences. My android phone that I've had for quite a few years was not holding a charge very well any more and wouldn't run some of the apps I wanted to run. When my wife needed a new phone I turned to Yelp to find a Metro PCS store with good reviews, which wasn't easy to find. Although we live in rural Washington State we will go where ever necessary for quality products or services. So I went to this store and told Fernando that I needed a new phone and that I needed one with plenty on memory and a good camera because as a machinist I use one all of the time when working on equipment to help me remember how thing go back together and that there is a high potential for it to be dropped on concrete. He helped me pick out a phone and case. I asked him to put a screen protector on the phone and he didn't have a tempered glass one to fit the phone I chose. Not knowing the difference I allowed him to put on a "liquid glass" style protector. I had the new phone slip out of my pocket a couple of weeks later and shatter the screen protector. I thought "not a big deal" that's what they are for I'll peel it off and replace it. ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE UNINFOMED** The liquid glass screen protectors do not provide impact protection, they are primarily to prevent scratches and are a nano layer that bonds to the phone's screen and are NOT replaceable and will render the screen unreadable when they shatter. The tempered glass style are easily replaceable and are far superior to the liquid glass type at protecting from impacts to the screen. ****************** Fernando was trying to provide me with what I requested, and I don't think he realized how fragile the liquid glass ones are like me. When I returned to the shop to asked them to "remove " the screen protector and found out it couldn't be removed I was glad to find out that he had put hand set replacement insurance on the phone. I know this review is getting long and so I'm going to end it by giving Fernando and Nancy a 5 star rating for their customer service helping me to get my phone replaced and being so patient and understanding with my situation. As a post script I would advise anyone buying a new phone to question wither they have a tempered glass style protector to fit the model your buying and insist that they NOT put a liquid glass one on your new phone.”

Only negative is remember to check your receipts, they like to charge you extra fees all the time. This needs to be stopped. Y'all make enough money, no need to cheat people out of more money.
