“I had an outstanding experience with Ableman TV! They helped me proactively replace capacitors in some vintage music equipment I own, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. After describing my situation, I was invited to bring the equipment in and he would get the repiars done while I waited, which was greatly appreciated.
The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality of the work was top-notch. During the repair, it was discovered that one of the capacitors was starting to leak — something that was fortunately caught in time to prevent potential damage to the equipment.
What really stood out was the positive attitude and genuinely helpful approach. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in doing things right. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair, especially considering the level of service and expertise provided.
They clearly have the knowledge and skill to work on valuable electronics, including specialized and hard-to-replace equipment. If you have something important that can’t simply be swapped out or replaced, I highly recommend giving them a call.

“I came to this 7 Eleven in the summer of 2023, and it was pretty hot, so I stopped in to get myself a large cup of Slurpee. The cashier (I didn't get his name) told me it's on the house, let me go without paying. Really nice guy, thanks man, you deserve a raise for that kindness.”

“I give 5 stars for Rashawn who tried helping me get my transfer pin. My phone wasn’t reading my SIM card anymore, and I decided to leave metro and go to t-Mobile instead. Though the 611 guy wasn’t helpful to either of us at the store I was able to figure it out at home. But Rashawn deserves a raise! In the hour I was there he sold and helped connect a new line for someone. Spent about 2 hours total trying to help an older man who needed hearing aids and was easily confused, which ended with the old man frustrated and no real resolution. And then while still trying to help me, a random drug user came in and asked for change for $10. They deal with a lot at this location, and 611 is not even on their sides to help them. Poor Rashawn probably couldn’t wait to start his weekend.
The direct manager Saul was no help either, it’s almost more rude to have Siri ask you what you’re calling for than to just send the call to voicemail yourself. I’m sure if Rashawn had better help and management he would’ve been able to help me fix the problem quicker.”
“I had a really frustrating experience with the T mobile customer support line a few days ago, but once that fiasco was over I decided to go in store to get a new S26. Porter helped my husband and I. He went above and beyond to work with us, the app and the account information on his end. T mobile is running several promotions for the new phone, but I qualified for none of them when I walked into the store. Porter worked with us to change plans around, calling 611 himself (saving us from the 7th circle of hell that that experience is) multiple times and doing some work around to not only get me my new phone, but get it with a promotional rate. Thank you so much Porter! You were absolutley fantastic and so helpful. We really appreciate all of your effort!”

“I was frantic after losing my phone and worried about getting all my info transferred on to a new one. Even though I showed up 30 min before closing Angela went out of her way to make sure my new phone was loaded and ready to go. She stayed almost 45 min past closing on a Saturday night to ensure I was covered. And the whole time she remained pleasant with a smile on her face. That's customer service at its best. “100% will do business here again. *Gracie* at T-Mobile store 412 at SE 119th & SE Division in Portland was nothing short of wonderful. She's knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and super helpful. My phone was stolen, and she helped me complete the replacement procedure, going above and beyond what was required of her. She explained the process perfectly. I didn't have a way to complete my insurance claim online, so she walked me through it herself. Not only did she help me complete the procedure to secure a new phone from my claim; she also understood the bugs in the system that I would not have been able to navigate myself (like the changing birthdate, where the system moves it back one day from screen to screen)! <--I might have missed that! I'm now waiting on my new phone. Thanks, Gracie. I hope you get many more positive reviews. The more I interact with T-Mobile, the more I know I made the right choice sticking with them for so many years, after having iffy and negative experiences with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon.
