“Last weekend, some side swiped the rear fender on my SUV and didn't leave a note (shame on you!) but did leave an 8" by 5" scrape and paint residue. I stopped by Checker's today to just ask about if it would need body work, etc., and Matt helped me out and manually was able to buff out the marks and paint residue down to a quarter inch of a scar. Matt saved me thousands by not having to disassemble the fender, etc. What a gentleman and excellent customer service. Wouldn't take any money either...if I ever need real body work, I'll definitely be back.”

“Great staff, brt friendly and usually, always seem eager to assist anytime a new face happens to stroll through their doorway. All of the staff working there seem to be fairly knowledgeable regarding auto parts. Of course i am referring to each of their personal knowledge and and experiences and not at all considering that information which they aquire from the company's computers, which is usually very vague on information when the computer finally finds the part they search for.Would recommend to anyone needing auto parts, and will for sure return the personally the next time I'm needing anything for my rigs.”
“You were great. Just don’t like the prices for basic maintenance services. $100 for an air filter….$200 for an oil change!Also, asked for engine wash, looked like you wiped it down with a rag. When I ask for a cleaning, I expect “cleaning”.It is a corvette after all!Please do not get me wrong, your customer service was excellent.”

“The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it.I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait"This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff.I backed out, parked, and went inside. He followed me in, accused me of cussing at him (I didn't, but he did cuss at me). The associate at the counter told him to walk away and told the service manager that he had followed me in "running his mouth"The service manager, Chris, went out of his way to repair the damage caused by this unprofessional, rude service writer.I had my new battery installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.”
