“After two frustrating days of being told by multiple banks and financial institutions that there was no way to complete a transfer of ownership and obtain a medallion stamp, I walked into the Covington Bank of America branch just before closing feeling pretty defeated. Hayley and the staff there immediately took the time to listen, problem-solve, and genuinely try to help.
