I’ll start by saying I’m not a member of this particular branch. I did come into this branch to make a withdrawal and didn’t bring my KeyBank card. It was a spur of the moment decision after taking my fiancé out to lunch. Eileen I think is her name helped me today make a withdraw from my checking account super friendly and personable and made the experience seamless. I normally have to take money out once a month for my account and found myself saying on the way out. I should come back here next month to make my withdrawal instead of where I usually take money out at a different branch.”
“I have banked with the Bank of America in Maple Valley for years. Every one of the personnel have been very helpful, including providing notary service, opening new accounts, or simply obtaining cash or foreign currency. I would not say they are overstaffed, but I think they are probably staffed about right. Understandably, sometimes an appointment is necessary for a more involved transaction. But this is true for any business, and the people are always very cordial!”
“The tellers are kind and inviting. Dominick was especially speedy for my deposit today even though he was the only teller working in a Friday around noon. (Maybe another employee was on break.) Seems like he is on his own a lot though because the last time I came in he was trying to juggle customers inside and in drive-thru by himself. It would be great if some of the staff working at the desks could jump in to help, especially when customer satisfaction is important to Chase. I often see employees at the desks not on a phone call nor with a customer.”
“The staff at this branch is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the customer and even serve as a community connector. I mentioned I wanted non-precious earrings adjusted and the lady at the counter pointed to a patron helped at another window who is a local jewelry maker. They know their customers and help us take care of the banking stuff in a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I am very grateful for this branch. I used to do my business banking in Bellevue and since they moved all the old staff from Bellevue to other locations, Bellevue branches have lost the personal touch; I am very grateful to see the Maple Valley team still maintain it.”
