I mentioned I wanted non-precious earrings adjusted and the lady at the counter pointed to a patron helped at another window who is a local jewelry maker. They know their customers and help us take care of the banking stuff in a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I am very grateful for this branch. I used to do my business banking in Bellevue and since they moved all the old staff from Bellevue to other locations, Bellevue branches have lost the personal touch; I am very grateful to see the Maple Valley team still maintain it.”

“The tellers are kind and inviting. Dominick was especially speedy for my deposit today even though he was the only teller working in a Friday around noon. (Maybe another employee was on break.) Seems like he is on his own a lot though because the last time I came in he was trying to juggle customers inside and in drive-thru by himself. It would be great if some of the staff working at the desks could jump in to help, especially when customer satisfaction is important to Chase. I often see employees at the desks not on a phone call nor with a customer.”
