“I don’t usually write reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves one!
I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and honestly wasn’t sure if they would still be able to help me since I had several documents that needed to be certified and notarized. Not only did John accommodate me, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
John was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to carefully review everything, made sure all the details were correct, and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time.
I also want to give a shoutout to Jaedan. While John was helping me, Jaedan did a great job taking care of the other customers and keeping things moving.
Before coming here, I stopped by at the UPS Renton location first closer to work, but they weren’t able to help me. I’m so glad I decided to come to the Kent Kangley location instead.
This wasn’t my first time here, and honestly, every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always helpful, professional, and seem to care about their customers.

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

“Last week before Mothers Day I went to the UPS store to have Mother and Son,'s photos printed. Agent Malick was above and beyond helpfull. He paid attention to detail and was so Kind he even got me a chair to set down as I am in my 80's and a little woobly.
All of the employees at the Maple Valley UPS are Great quick and effecient. However Malick is the the Champion 5 STAR.”
“This is my regular location and I only came in to get a gift shipped off to my God mom. Its usually crowded in here because it's a high traffic area. Today I was the only patron. Service is always great no issues. Each customer service person is kind, patient and respectful. Always asks for clarity on address or verification of phone number.”
“Amazing experience with a younger man. Daniel was willing to help with my prints for labels and help to navigate how to share my label to the store. I was not expecting this much good help but I was able to get it resolved quickly with his help. “This is by far the best UPS location in the area. The wait time is minimal—especially compared to the Maple Valley location. The younger gentlemen, Cade, has immaculate customer service. He always gets people in and out quickly and is extremely respectful. I go out of my way now to go this location.”
