“When my local UPS store in fairwood left me in a bind with printing a poster for an event I am having next day I called Staple. Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away, was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!”

“Shout out to the Amazing Susie! My package didn't make it to my home on Friday, so I arranged pickup at the Seattle hub first thing Monday morning. Miraculously, Suzie was able to nab my package off the courier's truck just as it was about to leave for my home, where I wasn't. Not sure how the wires got crossed, but documents I've been working on for two years can now fly with me to Chicago in about two hours thanks the help of one lovely person named Suzie.”

100 Andover Park West Ste 150, Tukwila WA 98188
“So I just got out of the UPS store and the members of the team asked me how my Alaska cruise was the first time I returned after the cruise. Based on my experiences with other shipping companies in private franchises, not only is this unexpected, but it’s something that really was exceptional It was unexpected in a way where it really put me on my heels of appreciation. And it’s not just one person. It starts with the franchise owner who puts in the elbow grease and just an incredible team who care about people who walk in that are willing to connect and engage with them I’m truly touched, so I thought I would leave a review in that emotional state.”

“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

“I've picked up here many times and I've never had an issue. As others have said entrance is on Marginal Way. When you come in park to the right. Check in is all the way at the end of the building. They are extremely by appointment so unless you just need a place to park it's best to just arrive on time. No overnight parking but you can stage as early as you want so long as they are open. Staff is efficient and professional. Loading takes about an hour from when you get on the dock. I will gladly pick up from here again!”

“Shout out to Steve at Southwest Cargo (Seattle) for helping me with my cargo. I was on hold with the other cargo station and they kept giving me the runarounds (Won’t mention the station) but then Steve took his time out of the day to help me reroute my cargo. Mahalo Steve!”

“I hadn't been to Alaska airlines cargo facility in 20 years so this is a much newer facility. The people who work there helped me to navigate where I had to go and it turns out there's 2 buildings next to each other(I didn't know that) so one was drop off and the other pick up and of course I went to the first one that I saw (wrong one) but the folks entered my paperwork and kindly directed me to the next building!”
-
outside FedEx Office, 2201 S Commons, Federal Way WA 98003
“The best place to drop off. The bin door opens just wide enough for small packages, unlike most collection boxes. It beats going down the road to the actual post office's collection box which won't let you drop packages at all.”

8226 S 208th St g101, Kent WA 98032
“My customer needed to transport a couple of very sensitive TV’s. After calling numerous companies, I got in contact with Crating Specialties. Not only was their quote reasonable, it came with a full description of how they would handle the crating.Mark and Jessica were very pleasant throughout the process. Even when faced with some unexpected challenges, Mark is one of those guys that looks for a solution. They got the crating and palletizing done for us in a timely manner and provided pictures of the crating and palletizing. It was a very intense project because neither my customer (in California), or myself (Minnesota) were anywhere close or able to look at the product. The professionalism that this company showed was nothing less than superb.I wish they were nationwide because I would not hesitate to use them again and again.Thank you to the team of Crating Specialties for being FANTASTIC!”
