“Incredible customer service was given here even though this DHL location didn't have my package! The employee knew exactly which location had my package, provided that destination's street address to me, and offered detailed written instructions that worked perfectly for how to navigate the DHL 800 call center since the website had been failing! She came across as very knowledgeable about how the system works and she was extremely polite as well!
After endless internet frustrations and dead-end attempts with both the online vendor I had purchased from and DHL's online network as the tracking number showed my package had sat in a single DHL warehouse for over 20 days, this was my first time interacting with this Federal Way service point. The excellent in-person customer service at this location was who finally successfully guided me to be able to finally be handed my package in only about half an hour after ending our conversation! I'm relieved to finally have the product I had ordered off the internet 30 days ago! Thank you for expertly sharing the knowledge needed for me to resolve the shipping situation!”

“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”
“Renton Landing Staples Printing staff are amazing. Always helpful, friendly, recognize customers by name. I used their UPS shipping today for Christmas package going 3000 miles away. Its fast, easy and price is comparable to UPS direct but didnt have to drive 20 minutes!

“Shout out to the Amazing Susie! My package didn't make it to my home on Friday, so I arranged pickup at the Seattle hub first thing Monday morning. Miraculously, Suzie was able to nab my package off the courier's truck just as it was about to leave for my home, where I wasn't. Not sure how the wires got crossed, but documents I've been working on for two years can now fly with me to Chicago in about two hours thanks the help of one lovely person named Suzie.”

“I've picked up here many times and I've never had an issue. As others have said entrance is on Marginal Way. When you come in park to the right. Check in is all the way at the end of the building. They are extremely by appointment so unless you just need a place to park it's best to just arrive on time. No overnight parking but you can stage as early as you want so long as they are open. Staff is efficient and professional. Loading takes about an hour from when you get on the dock. I will gladly pick up from here again!”
“Mackenzie made my experience at this UPS location really smooth and efficient. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly, and my shipment to Ohio arrived fast with no issues. The whole process was easy, and she handled everything in a very professional and organized way.

“Picked up a load here and had a smooth experience overall. GPS brought me straight to the location with no issues. After entry, I backed up and parked along the fence, then went to check in with my license and DOT number.
My appointment was at 3:00 PM, but I arrived early and checked in at 12:30 PM. They gave me a door with instructions not to open it. If you’re picking up a frozen load, make sure to pre-cool your reefer to -10°F, or you’ll have to wait until it reaches the desired temp. Someone will check your trailer temperature and then direct you to back into the door.
Once in position, you’re required to disconnect your trailer’s air line so they can place a lock on it. Loading started at 1:30 PM, and I was out by 2:30 PM—so they were pretty quick.
Not sure if overnight parking is allowed on-site, but I did see a few trucks parked on the street nearby.”

“I hadn't been to Alaska airlines cargo facility in 20 years so this is a much newer facility. The people who work there helped me to navigate where I had to go and it turns out there's 2 buildings next to each other(I didn't know that) so one was drop off and the other pick up and of course I went to the first one that I saw (wrong one) but the folks entered my paperwork and kindly directed me to the next building!”

“I was picking up a pallet from the depot. Finding the right place to be wasn’t hard, but knowing I was in the right place was a bit of a challenge. There were clues, obvious in hindsight; after following a freight truck through the south entrance, the signs for parking hung on the other side of the chain link fence off to the right, the lack of marked parking lines, another sign for will call. I think they expect you to come in the other way and then drive around when they tell you where to go wait. Anyway, if you come in the South Entrance first, park off to the right. Go up the ramp, walk in to the warehouse follow the windows to the right and get someone’s attention through the door. Friendly service, fork lift driver was courteous and careful and we had a very friendly conversation. Thank you for the safe delivery!”
“Shipped a Lexus LX from Seattle to Kona. Had to pick up in Hilo and car arrived in perfect shape. Doc workers in Hawaii were on strike (not Matson’s fault!) so had to come back for our car. The associate who helped was so attentive and understanding. It was 100% out of her hands and again, so helpful. We’re getting ready to bring the car back to seattle and will use Matson again. We’ve used them 5 times a now (Seattle to Hawaii and back between containers and vehicles) and will use again. Mahalo Matson for a good experience!”

“Cannot even express the happiness! We were stuck at the border, trying to enter the US and we needed a broker, for our merchandise. It seemed like Vantage Point Srvs dropped everything to help us and expedited the paperwork to the customs and border patrol, while keeping in contact with us, to get us through within 4 hours. Omg! The ladies were amazing, and incredibly helpful in a situation we were not prepared for. So incredibly grateful for their help and to have crossed their path! Highly recommend their services”
