“My husband and I visited this store recently because the charging port on my husband’s phone was not working. We had tried to submit an insurance claim without success, so we were seeking help for this or to upgrade. We were warmly greeted by Jack. He was delightful to work with and went above and beyond helping us with our issue. We were not ready to upgrade at the time but will definitely be going back to this store when we are.”

“Liam was the name of one the workers here and I’d like to give him a huge shoutout for helping me activate my phone. My phone was off for 3 days after I received my brand new phone and Asurion kept me on the phone for hours just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. Plus this Verizon store isn’t a corporate place but still Liam made some calls and had my phone working in just 20 minutes and he made me feel like he was really trying to help and that MATTERS. If you guys go here and see him just know you’re in good hands 🤙🏽 Stay Blessed! 💯”

“Mariana and Roxanne were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They only had one left of the phone I was looking for, and they held it for me so I could come get it. Much better service than the 38th Street location. If you have Cricket and live in the Tacoma area, go to Lakewood!”

“Ariel was totally amazing with matching our needs! With most excellent customer service! My wife, and I very surprised with the great service! Usually it's always been a hassle in the past. When we had to visit a Boost store! But, Ariel made us feel like what we said mattered. That was very refreshing! Thanks Ariel for your great customer service skills! We'd give you ten stars if we could!”
