“Liam was the name of one the workers here and I’d like to give him a huge shoutout for helping me activate my phone. My phone was off for 3 days after I received my brand new phone and Asurion kept me on the phone for hours just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. Plus this Verizon store isn’t a corporate place but still Liam made some calls and had my phone working in just 20 minutes and he made me feel like he was really trying to help and that MATTERS. If you guys go here and see him just know you’re in good hands 🤙🏽 Stay Blessed! 💯”

“When I went in the place was really clean and organized. The lady who helped me with the issue with my phone was very thorough and helpful. She even wrote down step by step how to fix the issue, so I could send it to the person who manages my phone plan. He was able to follow her instructions easily, and the issue was fixed quickly. We had tried to submit an insurance claim without success, so we were seeking help for this or to upgrade. We were warmly greeted by Jack. He was delightful to work with and went above and beyond helping us with our issue. We were not ready to upgrade at the time but will definitely be going back to this store when we are.”
