“I would like to share with you the experience I had at the Redmond branch of Washington Federal savings.
Cousin Baksh Aided me in the replacement of a debit card rendered unusable because of my mistake.
It took him a long time to figure out what I did wrong to cancel out the card that I had And not only did he persevere through that, but he got it back to me as fast as he possibly could.
I have been with Washington federal for a very long time, and I can't even think of changing to any other bank because of people like Mohsin Baksh.
This meant so much to me and the youth program that I run that I had to let somebody know about it.

After spending over 2 hours with no success working with the WaFd phone representative to try to determine why my online autopayment was not posted as usual, I called the local branch. Within ten minutes, Christy was able to determine that when the online banking system had changed on November 15th, they had canceled my autopayment. She helped me setup autopayment at the branch. Really great customer service - she made the extra effort to help and I am grateful.”

“It’s my first time opening a credit card in person, since the one time I’ve done it in the past I did it online, so I was unsure of what to do. The teller Sasha was super helpful and sweet! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The bank is also very clean and quiet. I didn’t have to wait in line even though it’s 11am on a Saturday, and although the bankers were busy, it was quick and easy to set up an appointment (tons of availability!).”
