We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers.When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. He was patient and kind through the entire process and we all celebrated the successful transfers as they finally went through.We had such a great experience!Thank you, Wei-ing!”
“We came to the Edmonds store for assistance in finalizing unlocking our phone after having paid everything off. Even though Michael was ultimately unable to help us unlock the phone having tried the online option, they were immensely helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the Lynnwood store at the mall who were downright rude when we called them this morning. I would rate the Lynnwood store’s customer service as abominable. Why would we continue to pay $500/month for this type of service?
Overall, I highly recommend the Edmond store for your service and strongly advise you avoid the Edmonds store. For context, this is the first bad review I’ve posted online in my entire life.”

“SOOO happy I went to these guys! I needed a replacement screen and the manager, Nick was kind enough to stick around after closing to repair my phone (I Had called ahead prior to arrival) even when I had told him I didn't need it tonight. Overall it was a very pleasant service and i would definitely return there again.”
