But you get brand spanking new phones here for similar or better prices!It's a small shop tucked away around a corner with mostly "permit only" parking but don't let all that deter you.While in line, I met Vitaly, a loyal customer has bought all his phones in the past 8 years from Chavez. “I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”
“I serve as a guardian for someone with great memory loss. Staff here really went out of their way to understand and replace her lost phone, even stayed a half hour beyond closing time to make sure we were all set. Their phones are a screaming deal, by the way!”

“Went to the lynnwood location across from big buy and a gentleman by the name of Seth helped me with my broken phone and my upgrade to the S26 Galaxy. He was amazing and I would definitely go back to him if he didn't, or was unsure of the answer. He found out right then. And let me know. I went into the Alderwood Mall store expecting another headache, and instead, was in and out of there in 10min with my phone hooked up and working perfectly. I came in after my iPhone got stuck during an iOS update, and I was honestly convinced I was going to lose a years worth of unbacked up notes, photos, and other important data. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed. He was able to get my phone updated successfully without losing any of my data, which was an incredible relief. I'm sure fixing iPhone issues for people can sometimes seem like nothing to the employees, but I hope they know how much it meant to me and it made a huge difference.
