“Very helpful team I’ve had this afternoon 8/13. I brought my phone in due to a broken screen, and they weren’t able to do anything at the store, but offered additional help. I appreciate the willingness to help from the whole team. Way to go! :)”

“Wei-ing is a FANTASTIC consultant. We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers. When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. He was patient and kind through the entire process and we all celebrated the successful transfers as they finally went through. We had such a great experience!Thank you, Wei-ing!”
