While I was there, they mentioned a new system was about to launch. It has launched and It works. It speeds things up a lot. The employees like it! All of the employees are good, but these 4 went above and beyond to help me. They were polite, professional, really smart, and they explained things simply so I could understand my phone. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I value expediency, skill & reasonable prices for services rendered so, even if they were just meh & not friendly, honestly I'd be cool with it.
Needed battery change for Samsung Galaxy S23+. Battery was swollen & over heating. Reasonable prices. Went in, paid for it. Took a day to order battery. Day after that, I went in and they swapped it out on the spot, no more than 10 minutes. In and out. It's May 2026 & phone still going strong. No more overheating, phone freezing or any issues at all. 10/10 for me.”
