He quickly and calmly diagnosed and fixed the problem for no charge. He was a total pro. I should have been more patient and kind. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I value expediency, skill & reasonable prices for services rendered so, even if they were just meh & not friendly, honestly I'd be cool with it.
Needed battery change for Samsung Galaxy S23+. Battery was swollen & over heating. Reasonable prices. Went in, paid for it. Took a day to order battery. Day after that, I went in and they swapped it out on the spot, no more than 10 minutes. In and out. It's May 2026 & phone still going strong. No more overheating, phone freezing or any issues at all. 10/10 for me.”
