“We had a very unusual issue with my disabled mom's account. She has aphasia from a stroke 11 year ago, and her account got locked. Since she can not confirm things over the phone clearly, we had to go to to ask them to add me, her daughter and caregiver, access to speak on her behalf. We met with Satara and she was not only the most patient person ever, she really made my mom and I feel welcome. She had to go through multiple hoops for us and she did so with a smile and such kindness. Please be sure and give our most grateful thank you and honor Satara for going so far above that we ran into the beyond! What a joy to experience kindness and courtesy in action! Angie was so helpful and answered all my question. Before I left she even made sure my previous online banking was set up. Angie was fast too. 5 stars!!”

“I’ve paid off many cars and have had to go through all different types of banks for my loans. This one in particular has been really great and offered a low interest rate. They are very friendly and conveniently located. Drive through for banking and inside banking as well. The online site does charge about $10+ for paying online, and over the phone, so I usually go inside and pay. I like this place overall. Would recommend”
“This BECU Credit Union is a main branch and is an easy drive from the Everett Mall area. The inside is quite spacious with many tellers and a couple dozen bankers at desks for loans and other banking services. This is a full service credit union, so you can withdraw cash from your accounts Monday through Friday (they're open on Saturdays but cash can't be dispensed from the tellers, only through the ATMs). Their is a front desk that you can check in at for appointments or general questions. EVERYONE working here is friendly and welcoming, even the security guards! This credit union is better than traditional banks as they have better interest rates and easier to qualify for loans of all types. The inside is often crowded especially on days that Boeing workers get their paychecks so the lines at the front desk and the many tellers. Knowing this, I prefer to go through the many laned drive thru that most members dont use; it is usually waay quicker to get in and out if you're just doing simple transactions. If you aren't a Boeing Credit Union member, I urge you to consider becoming one. BECU has many small branches in other towns that offer some services, but only cash from ATMs, for your banking convenience.”
