“Definitely a business I respect and trust. My laptop had trouble starting. Google search said problem may be with SSD, which could cost over $100 just in parts. Went to Cloud Electronic because it was closest. An older gentlman, whose name I could not quite get, said to come back by the end of the day. He found the problem was with faulty driver, not SSD. Cost me just one hour labor fee. Paid in cash and hurried back home. Turned it on, and it worked great! The owner called a little later and said I have him an extra $100 bill. The owner was not only efficient, but also honest! Thank you so much!!!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Ethan today when I came in for help transferring a new SIM into my new phone. Ethan knew just what to do and got me up and running in no time. He is knowlegable, professional, and most importantly...customer service is not a lost art with Ethan. Companies take note, this is what keeps your customers coming back! AI and Chatbots are great and they have their place, but never forget the power of a real person connecting with your customers.”

“I spilled water on my laptop, and it started to smell bad. I took it to other repair shops, and they told me to buy a new computer. Then I came here. He was very confident and said he could fix it. He checked my laptop and explained the problem. I chose the express service. I sat there and watched him do the repair. It was amazing to see his soldering work.He fixed my laptop and saved all my data. My data was more important to me than the laptop. Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend this place!”

“Taking a moment to recognize the excellent team led by Mr. Brian Davis! These folks here are phenomenal. I am a long-time customer of 6 years with Verizon, partnered with Cellular Sales. I started off with Damon, then Zane, and over to Trevor. I most appreciate their level of professionalism and attention to detail. Any and all of services recommended, are relevant. They're not going to push you into what”

“Niko is GREAT, he has a great attitude, he is very calm, very professional and I hugely appreciate that! Qualities as simple and basic is that are still hard to find; Niko is now my go-to Verizon point of contact and I highly recommend him if you need any sort of support with dealing with Verizon! For anyone having a hard time with a big company like this, you are not alone - for some ungodly reason they make it super complicated and frustrating. But having someone like Niko to talk to and get information from is a huge help.”

“Visit on Oct 2025 Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I value expediency, skill & reasonable prices for services rendered so, even if they were just meh & not friendly, honestly I'd be cool with it. Needed battery change for Samsung Galaxy S23+. Battery was swollen & over heating. Reasonable prices. Went in, paid for it. Took a day to order battery. Day after that, I went in and they swapped it out on the spot, no more than 10 minutes. In and out. It's May 2026 & phone still going strong. No more overheating, phone freezing or any issues at all. 10/10 for me.”

“Wei-ing is a FANTASTIC consultant. We came in short of time and he made sure to inform us of all the information we would need to gather to switch providers. When we returned, he took the time to inform us about all our options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Switching providers was proving to be a challenge. He was patient and kind through the entire process and we all celebrated the successful transfers as they finally went through. We had such a great experience!Thank you, Wei-ing!”

“We came to the Edmonds store for assistance in finalizing unlocking our phone after having paid everything off. Even though Michael was ultimately unable to help us unlock the phone having tried the online option, they were immensely helpful and professional. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the Lynnwood store at the mall who were downright rude when we called them this morning. I would rate the Lynnwood store’s customer service as abominable. Why would we continue to pay $500/month for this type of service? Overall, I highly recommend the Edmond store for your service and strongly advise you avoid the Edmonds store. For context, this is the first bad review I’ve posted online in my entire life.”

“Christopher was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our account information. If he is not the manager he needs to be because he is extremely good at his job with incredible people skills. 10/10 simply because of Christopher, if you come here ask for him he’s awesome.”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“My first time going into a phone store and not feeling like I’m paying for more than what I received. A huge thank you to Colby for his time, his patience, and positive attitude in helping me switch to ATT. I highly recommend this location but I especially recommend Colby, he actually knew what he was doing, I didn’t feel rushed out of the store by him, he made sure my needs were met with my new phone, it was a refreshing experience.”

“Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise. Update: Seems like “Caleb” also left a review not even correctly stating what occurred but i just wanted to come and say what actually happened. Genesis is amazing 15+ years at cricket stayed because of her”

“My iphone died out of nowhere, and I was having issues getting my new phone set up and icloud problems. I went into the Alderwood Mall store expecting another headache, and instead, was in and out of there in 10min with my phone hooked up and working perfectly. Jasson was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made this by far the best Tmobile experience I've ever had. Please give this man a raise.”
