My mom is an account holder here and needed me to deposit a check. I raced there to arrive at 5:26 hoping they really close at 5:30. I was out by 8:26. Since I wasn't an account holder I had to provide ID but it took only two minutes to complete the process! Impressed with their service!

Unlike the 1 star experience above, I have always had a easy time with any transactions here. No crowd, minimal talk unless I engaged, pulled money out of a CD, made a credit card payment in person to them (never did that in person before). Each NFCU has its own personality, and this one is for people like me.
