“Pick up was simple, not the fastest but never expecting a fast pick up. Car was clean and returning the vehicle was a breeze. Hand them the keys and go.
Only thing that I could see as bothersome for a customer is that there was only 1 employee. She was clearly overwhelmed. That didn't stop her from doing her job though. Cant remember her name but kudos to you for committing to helping the man in front of me, the person on the phone, and myself and then customer after me. I will be back to rent again”

“I had a fantastic experience renting with Enterprise. I rented two vehicles — a 2025 Honda Civic Sport and a 2025 Nissan Altima — for 15 days, and everything was smooth, convenient, and affordable.
