“Love Enterprise! This latest rental, the idiot light came on and stated a really low tire pressure. As luck would have it, it waited 5 minutes until I was in bumper to bumper on the freeway. I pulled into a gas station as soon as I could and filled it up praying it would hold. I then emailed customer service and asked what to do. They said return it to SEA! Um, no, that would not work given the time of day and my schedule. Noting that the tire light went away I proceeded to my destination. I filled it and it held. When returning the car I was asked about any issues and I explained. I was offered a $10 credit! Wow. I let you decide if it was enough. Nice gesture, but.”
“My car hire went very smoothly. Pickup in Seattle with the skip the line check-in was great. Then drop off at Portland was very easy. Great car that did the job.”

“An efficient operation once you've been here a few times. The shuttle drops you off in front of the counter area. If you're a National user with status, jump off the bus and head to your right. Take escalator down the the National car pickup area and pick your vehicle.”

“Making the reservation online was easy. Picking up the vehicle was just as easy. Although they didn't have the vehicle I was looking to get. I was still very happy with the truck I received at the same price of the car I was quoted. Vehicle was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Dropping the vehicle off was very easy and took very little time. Overall 10 out of 10 for my experience and I would use Enterprise again in the future.”

“Jojo and Z made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. They were transparent about all the fees, incredibly kind, patient, and made everything feel straightforward.
The car was exceptionally clean, a huge thanks to the detailers, Derek and Mike. They also gave me rides to and from the shop where my car was being repaired, and both were personable, friendly, and great to chat with.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service. Jojo clearly runs a great operation, and everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely welcoming. I will absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend it!”

“To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise”

“I drove across country and needed to exchange a car due to an oil change light. Went to the airport and they kept giving me cars with many mechanical issues.
I came here as a last hope/resort to get something decent and safe for my family.
Theresa was AMAZING. She let me know there wasn’t anything that day but to come back the following afternoon and she would help us get into something better.
She did! And was quick, kind, and very helpful. Someone outside even said they have a good experience here every time.
I have only good things to say about this location and about Theresa. Thank you thank you, Thank You!!!”
“We recently booked a roundtrip to SeaTac with Century. We had excellent drivers, Julian and Kamo. We switched to Century after another company's driver was a no show. Our friends had been using Century for many years and we are very happy to have made the switch. The cars are comfortable and immaculate.”

“Well I had a very different experience than others on here. I walked in 40 minutes late for our pickup and the lobby was packed. There was a service tech and one Avis employee named Malika diligently checking people out at the counter. I was impressed by her ability to keep such a great attitude while so clearly overwhelmed during the rush. Malika assisted my mom with the paperwork and process to file a claim due to a road hazard. My mother who is usually easily overwhelmed with things like that was extremely grateful for her patience. Thank you Avis and Malika for taking such good care of us. 10/10 recommend”

“We had a great experience with Budget. Our car had mechanical problems while on a road trip and became un-drivable. Scary, but thankfully roadside assistance through budget was quick and helpful. Tow truck showed up in about 30 mins, and we were ubered by budget to their closest rental location. There, we received a great car which actually felt like an upgrade to the previous one. The rest of our trip went smoothly and our bill at the end was surprisingly lower than we anticipated.
