“Electronics, big box store. Well stocked, went in for new chargers and found them. Unlike most Best Buy stores - had 3 different people actually ask me if I needed assistance. That was a real improvement as my general experience is I have to track an overworked and harried service person down while they try to help too many customers at once. That was impressive. Check out person was friendly and efficient, very nice experience.

“I am VERY pleased with the interactions I had with Albert Lee Appliances to date. My journey started when I purchased a "scratch and dent" LG Top-Loading washing machine from the Tacoma Mall Location. I was assured it was only there for a cosmetic scratch, and LG would honor their 1 year parts warranty, if any problems arose.Upon installation, the machine showed signs of defect, and was displaying an "LE" error (load off balance). I tried all diagnostic steps before I called the store back to advise them of the issue I was having.The sales staff forwarded my request to Albert Lee's Customer Service team for processing. Tyrell M. reached out to me and arranged for an LG service person to come and diagnose the issue I was having with the new machine.LG Service determined the drum was damaged (possible the machine was dropped). That report was delivered to Albert Lee, and for whatever their reason was, they determined they did not have to honor their warranty to replace my machine.Fortunately for me, Tyrell realized this was not a fair practice by LG so he sought approval from his manager, to have Albert Lee replace my washing machine, or use the amount I paid, applied to another make or model. It turns out the machine I purchased as "scratch and dent" retailed for $400 more. Seeing this as a barrier to replacement, the salesperson at Albert Lee, Cliff, offered the same LG machine to me at a reduced cost.Knowing I may have to pay more out-of-pocket to get a working machine, Cliff made the transaction a lot easier than I anticipated and I was happy to only have to pay <$200 more than I originally paid.I will recommend Albert Lee to anyone I speak with because of this experience!Thank you!”

Yesterday’s 4 hour session with the builder, homeowner, Ferguson Professional and myself resulted in knocking out 6 bathrooms in one house.We couldn’t have done it without her.Also it’s the most beautiful showroom in Tacoma you have ever visited. You get to operate everything under consideration.”

Anyway, there is one older gentleman who works here that I absolutely adore. If I have a question about ANYTHING (garden, tools, plumbing, fencing) I will wander the whole store until I find him, then ask him.
He is patient, will walk me to the place for the thing I couldn't find, answers questions, and then double checks that I have what i need before he heads off to help the next person.
I was in last week and needed a new dog warning sign for my gate. I couldn't find my guy so asked a different guy. His response (without even looking at me or acknowledging me), "Try aisle 12, 14, or 16. It's somewhere over there."
I still give this store 5 stars because it's Home Depot and I don't expect to have my hand held every time I walk in. I just really like the older guy best.”

Thousands of dollars of Metra shelving I've bought. Anything missing? Immediately handled. I'd recommend them as anyone. Those comments about this business being a scam are ridiculous. Go there and see the physical business. It's legit.Keith”
