“I took a Class 1 in how to learn to use my sewing machine class with our instructor Georgette and she was amazing! Our whole group were complete beginners, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was so kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. I really liked how she went over everything step by step before we started practicing—it made a big difference. I left the class feeling much more confident and with more knowledge than I had before. I’ve taken classes at other store locations, but Puyallup is still my favorite.”

“***Exceptional Service*** On Sunday my freezer broke, so I called Buddy's on Monday morning. Daniel, made it possible for me to have a freezer rental within a few hours of placing my first call and explaining what I was looking for. My family is very grateful to Daniel too, because we didn't have food spoilage shortly after we did our monthly grocery shopping. Every time I called with questions, he answered the phone quickly and always with a helpful attitude. The delivery guys were very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions.”

“Timely, skilled, sincere follow up and follow through summarize my experience with the Range Store....specifically Margarita (Office) & Dmitry (service technician). I could not have asked for anything more and feel fortunate to have done business with them. From start to finish our appliance (ILVE range) service needs were fulfilled and then some. Ultimately, the core issue was promptly resolved and helpful operations tips thrown in along the way as well. A pleasure indeed.”

“My propane tank has been acting up for a few weeks now. This place was recommended by many RV shops around the area because they specialize in propanes. The owner greeted me with the best customer service. The knowledge and precision was top notch. I will be recommending this place to all of the food truck forums.”

“I was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!”

“My fireplace hasn't worked since I bought my house in 2020. I had several calls and emails with Eric to identify the model and then booked an appointment. He was clear on the service fee and possible additional charges depending on the issue(s). Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement control board needed for older model on hand. He was efficient and personable. We have a working fireplace now! Great service and people - would recommend!”

“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”

“I wish I remember the persons name that works in lumber there, maybe Jessie (working Easter)? EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - patient, got me a cart, helped select my plywood and cut it.I hate shopping because sometimes I feel people are working and not genuinely helping you. He helped me. Not that it matters but if it helps get him accolades, the gentleman was deaf. You're lucky to have him Home Depot!”

“My last Lowe’s Puyallup review was very poor so it’s only fair to recognize staff that went the extra mile this evening. As I was about to check out Shaun asked me if I’d found everything even though the store was about to close. Shaun immediately went looking for a light bulb I was unable to find while I started checking out. He returned with an option which unfortunately wasn’t the voltage I needed. The cashier was struggling to find a sku number for two bulbs I did find and Shaun was able to resolve that problem with the help of Garrett the manager. I appreciated both Shaun and Garrett’s efforts to find product and allow me to check out with my purchases. In this case common sense prevailed which was very refreshing as I was feeling more and more frustrated.”

“Make sure you check on who's doing the work and stay involved in whatever home Depot touches not saying it's going to be a bad job but the more you're involve the more the worker feels that they are going to be checked up on and want to do a good job no cut corners and I saw that follow through just words of advice.”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”

“Everything went really smooth for picking up my new TV. I thought it was a little strange in my opinion that it seemed like all the employees took their break right outside the entrance to the store to vape and chit chat. Just a little weird”

“Rented a aerator and thatcher. I was told I could not use the U-Haul trailer that had already been rented. Because of some insurance issues they had in the past. After getting a manager involved and pointing out a customer loading the same equipment onto a makeshift trailer of plywood and metal frame and two little tiny tires. The manager gave his approval.”

“We had a great experience at Albert Lee in Tacoma. They had a large selection of models in store on display, which we didn't see at the regular hardware stores we went to. The sales person was actually knowledgeable about ranges and even took the time to demonstrate boiling water on an induction stove top. The range we picked was in stock, so it was delivered two days later. I received updates on arrival time, and then the delivery team was great. They were respectful and efficient, yet took the time to do everything right. They even tested the range before leaving. I will be coming back to Albert Lee the next time I need an appliance!”

“Please pass on our thanks to Brittany at the Federal Way store for personally checking the back for the fridge we ordered at a different store and help move up our delivery date so we would not be without a refrigerator for another week. She solved a problem that was not hers and saved the day (and sale). Kudos!”
