“Went in this last Sunday to get a new skateboard. It’s been 15 years since I’ve last skated so kind of out of the loop. The two guys working gave me tons of great info about what to keep in mind, where it makes sense to invest in better components etc. they even hooked my 4 year old up with some stickers which she was stoked about. Keep supporting your local skate shop and go here! I totally forgot to ask the two dudes names but major shout out to those guys.”

“Found something online cheaper then Amazon, If you can believe that. Kohl's has a great staff that was willing to help me locate the item and very knowledgeable. The store was very clean, and the staff didn't make me feel like I didn't belong.

“Came in here to buy a suit for my son. The first woman to help us wasn’t very friendly or informative. However another salesman, Keyari (forgive my spelling) took over and was amazing. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and easy. He had an answer to every question and solution for each of our requests. Give that man a raise! He deserves it!”

“Candice, is the epitome of excellent customer service. I was looking for a wind resistant safety jacket and she showed me several options of which had different qualities. She went above and beyond. She offered me water and even gave me some trail mix. I felt like I was at Nordstrom or the Mercedes dealership. I ended up spending almost $400.00 and it was worth it. ???????? Thank you!”

But the sizing is really weird, I got an XL in men’s PJ bottoms, and when I tell you they were so tight on me… I weigh 143, so there was NO WAY a MENS XL could be so tight around my waist, but it was, idk if they mixed up there whole stores sizing, but their PJ bottoms, honestly these XL’s should either be in smalls or medium cause this isn’t an XL this is a MEDIUM or SMALL. I’m not mad cause it was 10$ but common your sizing is for people who have anorexia, there’s noooo way it’s not.”
