“When I came up to this kiosk last night, I was 18 hours into a phone nightmare and clinging to my last shreds of hope and sanity. This man was utterly unfazed, totally unflappable. Just took the phone and got right to work on it while I hovered nearby, gallantly fighting off hyperventilation. 20 minutes later I have never been so happy to see my own lock screen. I'm in Olympia, and if I ever need help with my phone again I'm hauling my ass straight up to Tacoma; this man has my loyalty for life. He's professional, competent, and affordable. Total Godsend.”

“Long story short ended up here because I had purchased a phone at the Tacoma location they did not help at all except for one guy Jerald he was trying his best to help. (I left a review for the Tacoma location if you want to know more) when we got there Michael greeted us and ask what we needed help with mentioned to him the problems we had with the phone and what had happened at the Tacoma location. He inspected the phone and said that the problem we had with the phone was not normal for it having a new battery (it would shut down at 20%) and he offered us a exchange for a similar phone and said that the new phone also had warranty and if we had any problems with it to go back and he would gladly help us! I highly recommend the phone guys especially the Puyallup location Michael is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable!”

“I believe his name was Brandon who helped us. I went in this morning with my husband to switch my service from AT&T over to Verizon and continue with the same phone number. I believe we were in and out within about 20 minutes. He was very helpful and honest and we appreciated him. “My experience at the ATT store was great. The staff -including the manager were friendly, knowledgeable and persistent and they managed to resolve the question I came in with, even if it took more than an hour to do so.
The actual reason I was in the store (a 90 minute drive for me, but the closest store able to deal with my issue) is not a positive reflection on ATT's customer focus. I needed to transfer a business phone number to my personal account. I thought, 10 minutes, tops. Instead, it took 5 days, 4 calls, 3+ hours on hold and eventually 1+ hour in the Tacoma store. In the process, I received 23 emails from ATT. It was awful, and not an advertisement for ATT's ability to implement functional, customer-friendly, effective processes.”
“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“Faye at the store is amazing! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us add and set up a new line for our grandma. Being android users IPhone is completely foreign to us but Faye walked through every step with us and even took time out of a busy day to help us complete the set up. I will never go to another ATT rep for anything again! Most store experiences are stressful and frustrating but thankfully that was not our experience with Fayes help!!”
