“When I came up to this kiosk last night, I was 18 hours into a phone nightmare and clinging to my last shreds of hope and sanity. This man was utterly unfazed, totally unflappable. Just took the phone and got right to work on it while I hovered nearby, gallantly fighting off hyperventilation. 20 minutes later I have never been so happy to see my own lock screen. I'm in Olympia, and if I ever need help with my phone again I'm hauling my ass straight up to Tacoma; this man has my loyalty for life. He's professional, competent, and affordable. Total Godsend.”

“I had a difficult experience at the Verizon store in Auburn yesterday because my phone suddenly appeared to have switched to T-Mobile, even though I have never had a T-Mobile account and have been with Verizon for nearly 30 years. While I initially had a frustrating experience, Joann was incredibly patient, kind, and dedicated to helping me. She spent a great deal of time working with me and carefully tried to resolve the problem. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. Joann went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for her help!”

“Ever since I have been here in Washington two years now I have always been coming to this store. They help me with my computer,laptop and phone. They are so helpful and friendly and so sweet. “Bought my phone 3 month ago and it's full of apps I could not open a page made a stop at another store in auburn they guy looked at the phone and he said I need to buy a new phone this phone is no good anymore explained that I only had it for couple of months left that store customer service told me to go to the commons mall location I was greeted by a gentleman before I even explain the situation he already can tell the issue he asked me to give him 20 minutes to clean my phone after 15 my is working again soon I asked if I need to buy another phone he smiled and said no and he showed me how no to install apps that causes issues”

“My experience at the ATT store was great. The staff -including the manager were friendly, knowledgeable and persistent and they managed to resolve the question I came in with, even if it took more than an hour to do so.
The actual reason I was in the store (a 90 minute drive for me, but the closest store able to deal with my issue) is not a positive reflection on ATT's customer focus. I needed to transfer a business phone number to my personal account. I thought, 10 minutes, tops. Instead, it took 5 days, 4 calls, 3+ hours on hold and eventually 1+ hour in the Tacoma store. In the process, I received 23 emails from ATT. It was awful, and not an advertisement for ATT's ability to implement functional, customer-friendly, effective processes.”
“I came in on a Friday, and Madeline helped me out. She was seriously so nice from the second me and my dad walked in. She answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
I’ve been to phone stores where it feels like they’re just trying to get you in and out, but she was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience really easy. You can tell she actually cares about helping people.

“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“Haley, the Manager, was fanaminal!!! IF I would have met her before today, I would STILL BE A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER!!! T-Mobile has been Pi$$ing me off for over a year. Made the decision to change to Consumer Cellular because OF THE ONGOING FRUSTRATIONS WITH T-MOBILE. Then, I was told I needed to go to a store, was recommened to go to this store in Kent.
HALEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME, AS I SAID, IF I HAD MET HALEY BEFORE I MADE THE SWITCH I WOULD STILL BE WITH T-MOBILE.
If you are a T-Mobile customer, don't use the T-Life app, don't call 611, go right DIRECTLY TO THE KENT STORE AND HALEY AND HER TEAM, WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU!!!

“I walked into the AT&T store at the OUTLET MALL IN AUBURN, WA. on August 27th, I was greeted by a young lady called Heaven. Heaven was such a joy, a Customer Service Professional to be sure. Heaven went directly to the product that I was looking for met me at the counter, I paid for it and was gone within 5
minutes of entering the store. She was not trying to push new products on me, probably because I had just upgraded my
phone, purchased a new Samsung watch, I also upgraded my internet from an AT&T hot spot box (i did keep it for when I leave my place and hit the laundry mat etc) in July so she knows where I am at with my AT&T products, she also knows that when the time comes that I will not call on anyone else but her or one of the team at that location. I love my AT&T service.

My wife and I are seniors and are not proficient in modern technology but Jesus explained everything wrote info down for us and helped us get a replacement phone when my wife had hers stolen. It came to our home in 3 days. I immediately decided to switch from my phone provider to be part of my wife's plan. Saving me over $1000 per year. Jesus gets manager of the year and is a future regional manager. A kind young family man and a blessing to 70 year-old guys like me.”
