“I haven’t shopped there in about six months so it’s weird that I’m just getting the survey now, I guess they made a mistake and used my account for someone else? On my last visit they were very friendly and helpful because they were doing a price match from a Petco emailed coupon for 30% off cat food. Because it was so heavily discounted I ended up buying 10 cases of Weruva cats in the kitchen for $43 each which saved me over $163?!”

“We stopped in to stock up on puppy ice cream and a few things as our youngest GSD wad turning 6, once the staff found out they gave us a complimentary bday ice cream on top of our purchase as well as some snack packs. I was actually quite amazed at the place as my other half usually does the pet store visits, lots of different products at reasonable prices. The alt food selection was great as well, multiple coolers with varying options. I now see why the Mrs. goes here. Added a pic of the birthday girl adventuring later that day.”

“We showed up here for the first time last week to use the dog washing station. The gentleman behind the counter whom I assume is the owner was magnificent. He didn't even balk at there being a goth person in his store. He just interacted with us like human beings while we bathed our dogs. We brought our own towels just in case but ended up not needing them since there were clean towels rolled up and waiting for us. Our dogs even liked the gentleman, and one of them is prone to barking at strangers. He sold us an all natural frog shaped dental chew for our teething pup, and she loves it.NAVIGATION WARNING: It's hard to turn left to get into the parking lot since traffic likely won't allow, but there's a left turn a bit further down that will let you get turned around and reapproach so you can turn right instead.”

“We usually take a bath for our dogs at home since my dogs wont let groomers touch them. Doing everything at home, it was hassle and not enough equipment. We happened to find that this place offers self service dog wash.Staff were very helpful and friendly and walked us through on how to use facility. the facility is clean and well equipped . We will be back for sure”

Honestly kinda suck that I was forced to pay money to get my own pet back, but at least he was safe and I got him back safely.”

“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. “We were nearby as my boyfriend wanted to stop by the new Daiso location to get some towels for our fur babies. We decided to go in Mud Bay as the kids have been in the car for a bit so we wanted to get them a treat or toy. When we entered, we were greeted kindly by the staff. Each staff member were super helpful with all our questions, assisting us on weighing our fur babies, and providing genuine customer service. They gave our fur babies many treats and pets, which is always nice for our social dogs. After our purchase finished, they gave us a cute card thanking us for shopping and a $5 coupon to use next time. Definitely coming back to support such a sweet business!”

“Amazing service! Most of the breeders wouldn’t return a text unless I had the questionnaire filled out or a deposit in. She seemed to know her stuff, asked questions to make sure we had the basics ready and tested before the baby was even in the cage. Found out I had to move stuff around to keep things safe. She explained the worries, I tested it and she was right. Pandemic makes things hard but she sends pictures of available babies if you text her.”

“I don’t know the name of my dog’s groomer but she did an amazing job!! My dog looked better than I expected and she was happy & relaxed when I picked her up so I know she was well taken care of. Their website said grooming starts at $85, i ended up paying $140 + tip (for reference, she’s a 60lb Labradoodle), so best prepare for that possibility. Price is a little steep but with the great work they did and that my dog had some matting, i’m not complaining. I’d definitely come back.”
